Seasonal Housekeepers
May - August We hire contract housekeepers to promptly arrive at 9:30am to begin the turn over of our units. You are paid by the unit and have between 10am - 4pm to clean your assigned units. Depending on efficiency and ability to meet cleaning standards, you may be assigned several units based on availability of work. For Wrightsville Beach properties, you will need to pick up your toiletries and assignments at our warehouse facility off Gordon Road, and linens and keys if applicable. For Carolina Beach, you will need to pick up your toiletries and assignments at the Carolina Beach office, and linens and keys if applicable. You will have a clear checklist that indicates each task that needs to be completed and an inspector will inspect behind you. Our housekeeping standards are very high and we expect a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail on each clean. You must supply your own cleaning supplies, vacuum, broom, etc. but we provide toiletries and trash bags. You will utilize an app to mark cleans complete so inspectors know when to come inspect. All housekeepers will be required to complete an onboarding training before receiving cleaning assignments.
