In addition to the wonderful memories you will make at this property, 10% of proceeds will be donated to North Carolina Coastal Federation to keep our North Carolina beaches clean!

Occupancy: 6
Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of three night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Unassigned parking on site for 2 vehicles with parking pass.
Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable fee of $200 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Beautiful property, cozy with that beach feel. Just a 2 minute walk to the ocean. Watched pelicans fly by from the balcony. Great location. Will absolutely stay again!
