While we continue into 2021, Covid-19 daily case counts continue to decrease and regulations from executive orders continue to “lessen” or open more up. However, its prudent to remind all of our guest that amenities that are public such as beach access or semi private, such as HOA pools, have access that can be restricted by either elected officials or HOA boards. As of March 2, 2021, no beach access is restricted. Access to HOA pools is expected Memorial day to Labor Day, but cannot be guaranteed this year due to the impact of COVID-19. For the most up to date information, please call our office and we are happy to provide whatever clarity we have, if any, regarding the HOA’s plans.
