Nominations for the first ever Annie Bryant Peterson Award were open during the month of October. During this time, employees of Bryant Real Estate nominated their coworkers who they believed best demonstrated the company's core values of: industriousness, caring, critical thinking, adaptiveness, and integrity. Bryant Real Estate is honored to award the first ever Annie Bryant Peterson Award to Daniel Perkins, Senior Manager of Field Operations.
Daniel was nominated by his peers, and selected by the leadership team as the recipient of this award for his constant alignment with the company's core values. Daniel's peers are "impressed with how quickly he has excelled and his willingness to help in whatever situation possible." Daniel was described by his coworkers as "A great asset to the team and an example of caring."
The true epitome of Bryant's core values in Daniel is clear in this nomination: "From the day he started working to when the laundry room had a huge back-up and he worked tirelessly at the warehouse, he has shown that he can adapt to different situations. He adapted to working in the laundry room at a different office location while still continuing to complete his other duties. He adapted to his new role, new employees, and new procedures with a smile on his face. "
Along with receiving the award, Daniel Perkins was also awarded a $10,000 bonus, and Bryant Real Estate donated $5,000 each to Daniel's charities of choice, The V Foundation and Paws4People. It is an honor for Bryant Real Estate to present this award, and to carry on the charitable legacy of our founder, Annie Bryant Peterson.
Congratulations, Daniel Perkins! Thank you for being a valuable asset to the Bryant Real Estate team.
The leadership team at Bryant Real Estate was thrilled to present this award, and read the countless nominations submitted from within the organization. It is our hope that this award will honor our employees and our legacy for years to come.
