Monthly Beach Rentals

Are you looking for an extended stay at the beach? Thinking about moving to the area and need temporary accommodation? Remodeling your home and want to stay close by? Looking to escape the cold winters? 

Whatever the reason, Bryant Real Estate is happy to announce that many of our vacation rental homes offer extended stays September to May. Our rental homes are fully furnished and have a wide range of amenities, locations, and pricing.

Applicants will be required to pay a $75 application fee and all occupants over the age of 18+ must also apply for screening purposes and qualify without a co-signer. Students are not allowed in any of our furnished rentals, no exceptions but may consider our available unfurnished rentals. The advertised monthly rate is only applicable for stays within the applicable advertised date range and must be a minimum of 60 days in duration. After your application has been processed the fee is nonrefundable and once approved, a lease will need to be signed and returned within 72 hours. Optional items such as linens, travel insurance, or pet fees (if applicable to the home) may be added to the lease per request. 

In addition to the advertised monthly rate, leases are subject to a security deposit, cleaning fee, and $400 per pet fee (for applicable homes). All rentals that are less than 90 days in duration are subject to occupancy tax of 13% in accordance with NC law. Rental insurance will be required if you are booking over 90 days, and a PO Box will need to be established as mail and packages are not able to be sent to the rental property. 

Upon signing your lease, the prorated first month’s rent, last month’s rent, fees and security deposit will be due and monthly rent thereafter will be due on the 1st of each month. Leases that are 60 days in duration will pay in full at the time of signing the lease. We accept check or money order for payment and if you wish to pay by credit card a 4% processing fee will apply.
