A ground floor efficiency apartment offers private living quarters with access to the rear sun deck and full bathroom. The studio unit is located directly under the main home and offers a small but functional kitchen space, plush king-sized bed, and a window unit for cooling. The upper and lower units of this home are only connected by exterior staircases that can be accessed from either side of the home. The main house includes central heating and air conditioning while the ground floor apartment includes a window unit.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of 2-night stays in other seasons.

Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation.
Parking: Off-street parking for 4 vehicles.
