The renovated floor plan creates an open concept that gives unobstructed ocean views whether you are in the kitchen cooking, dining at the kitchen table, or relaxing in the living room. You do not have to be a chef to appreciate the function and beauty of this stunning kitchen. Stainless steel appliances are accented by the granite counter tops and glass tile backsplash. Cooking and cleaning up has never looked better!

The dining area seats up to six people and overlooks the living room. A comfortable queen size sleeper sofa makes the living area an additional sleeping space for guests and doubles as a neat spot for the whole family to gather and hang out. Unwind and kick your feet up while enjoying the oversized wing back chairs or step out onto your private balcony with a cool beverage!

A spacious master suite that is outfitted with a cozy king bed, private bathroom, TV, and direct access to the ocean front deck is exactly where you want to wake up. The ensuite bathroom features a charming vessel sink and walk in shower. Just down the hall is a guest bathroom that services visitors and the nearby guest room. The guest room has a queen bed, TV, and faces the intracoastal waterway.

Located in the desirable Station One complex that features spectacular ocean views from your private balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants – this condo has all the makings for a memorable family vacation!

Occupancy: 6
Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W127 - May” as a vacation rental.

This was the perfect condo for our 4 night stay. My parents joined us and there was plenty of room for 4 adults. The condo is set up very well. It was clean and comfortable. The complex was very quiet. The pool was never crowded and it stayed clean. The location is central to everything and so convenient. I'm very picky about where I stay and this condo exceeded my expectations. Bryant Realty was wonderful to work with. I hope we can stay again next year!

This property is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect weekend! The beds are comfortable and the view is unbelievable. You will see gorgeous sunrises and even glimpses of dolphins. The balcony is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee from the local shop across the street or made in house! Highly recommend May for convenience and comfort!

We couldn’t have been more please staying at May in Station One! The place was spotless! The decor was fantastic and the high back wingback chairs and sofa were extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to stay in this unit again. Only recommendation I would have is to add a second chair which has a back on the balcony.

This condo has the updated kitchen with an open layout, which is a drastic improvement over the older station one condo's that are more closed off. The home was amazing, all the furnishings you would want - super clean, updated and comfortable. I am quite particular on the temperature, specifically that the AC can keep it quite cool, and this unit did an amazing job. I highly recommend.

The condo was just as described. The location was ideal with easy access to beach. The property was super clean. We really enjoyed the pool and pickleball court. Loved how you could walk to shops and restaurants. The mexican restaurant Tower 7 was awesome. The Workshop across the street had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. There was a market walking distance to grab essentials. The Oceanic just a 2 minute drive was a great place for dinner with a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Condo was nice but not as clean as it should have been. The porch had sand and dirt on the floor that had been there for a while. The vent in the spare bathroom had black dirt which could have been mold. I sprayed and cleaned it.

Spotlessly clean on inside, but balcony definitely needed cleaning. Owner needs to reconsider balcony furniture, especially for families with children. High bar table that’s the same height as balcony rail is safety issue for climbing toddlers. Bar stools very uncomfortable for elderly family members who enjoy sitting comfortably on balcony.
Guest bedroom ceiling fan and light did not work

This was a great renovated and updated large space. The rooms are large and the amenities were wonderful. Two nice bathrooms and beautiful full kitchen as well. Master bedroom opens to the oceanfront large balcony. Great corner unit, nicely tucked into corner of the pool area and beach. Played tennis on a nice court as well. We will be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely unit. Our stay went w/o a hitch. We did have a toilet which wouldn't stop running but it was fixed within hours of our reporting it. Love visiting Wrightsville Beach and this location is one of our favorites.

We had a perfect vacation. The kitchen was well appointed with all needed items. The unit was very clean. I would suggest getting another chair to sit on the balcony! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Our family of four absolutely LOVED staying in May over the long Labor Day weekend! The views were spectacular, the condo nicely appointed, and the location is unbeatable. We will definitely stay there again! We also especially appreciated the personal call from Bryant Real Estate letting us know how to obtain our keys for a late check-in. BRE made it so easy to arrive after a long day of work, quickly get our packet from their lockbox, and immediately *relax* while listening to the ocean's waves. We've rented with BRE a number of times and they are the best!!

Outstanding view, but sorely needs attention

The view is simply outstanding from this condo and that is the best part of the unit. The thing about Station One is it's been around forever and you need to find as unit that has been fully renovated. Unfortunately this unit has been only partly renovated. The kitchen is in dire need to replacing as the appliances are ancient. Some things we noted during our stay:
- We called Bryant on three items needing service; the HVAC couldn't go below 72, the internet wasn't working well, and a rug was a tripping hazard. We have to call twice on these and Bryant was able to fix the rug.
- Advertising this unit as having internet was just plain wrong. The modem would reboot all the time and the connection was slow at best and would often just stop.
- The HVAC is ancient and needs replacing. The bearings are faulty and make a loud noise. As mentioned, 72 is all it will get down to.
- The kitchen is a jumble of pots, pans, etc. It's enough for causal use, but it would be hard to cook a full meal.
- A half-empty (full?) wine bottle was left on the counter from a previous guest. The cleaning crew must have left it.
- The unit was generally clean, but could use a deep cleaning.
- The beds, including the sofa bed, are awful and well past their service life. I'm dumbfounded why these haven't been replaced as it's been mentioned in reviews for some time and it's not that expensive to replace a mattress.
- The view from the balcony is great, but there should be a couple of comfortable chairs out there. There is one made from PVC pipe, but it's not comfortable.

For the inflated cost, too many problems:
Dated kitchen and bathrooms.
Leaking kitchen faucet.
No curtains in master, impossible to sleep in.
Rug in main room was worn and a tripping hazard.
Soap provided with linens was a joke.
Grills in common area are in disrepair.
Sticking door locks around the property.

All was well but the air conditioner was loud for some reason, but it did keep the condo cool enough.

Unit was nicely decorated, ocean views from balcony were spectacular. The queen mattress in second bedroom needs to be replaced immediately, extremely noisy and uncomfortable. Mattress in master bedroom not as bad but also somewhat noisy. Condition of mattresses is the primary reason I would not rent this unit again. If mattresses were replaced I would not hesitate to rent this unit in the future. Kitchen is dated but well stocked. Pool was wonderful, having gas grills available on the ground floor was very convenient. Bryant Real Estate does a great job communicating with renters, information provided was accurate and complete. Condominium complex was quiet and great for families.

Bryant Realty is wonderful to rent from. We have stayed numerous places in Wrightsville and they are THE BEST. The condo was very clean and the bed in the master bedroom comfortable. Two reasons I would not stay again...the kitchen is very outdated and the cups and dishes were dirty. I had to wash them before using. Second, the balcony furniture was uncomfortable and inadequate. There is a bar that is very cute but the stools terribly uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. There was only ONE chair and two ottomans. The chair was old and not very comfortable. The cushion deflated and ratty. My husband had to bring out a kitchen chair to sit on. We booked a room on the ocean to relax and enjoy the view. The balcony accommodations did not allow for that. As I said above, the condo was clean and the sofa and bed comfortable and the view spectacular. I think they just need to put a little more effort into this place to make it five star!

A Sisters Getaway

My sister and I like to start the summer with a quick beach trip. We look for a place that can give us "equal" accommodations, two nice bedrooms with bathrooms for adults (no twin beds). This place was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, the view was great and the access to the pool and the beach was easy. We enjoyed the short walks to restaurants and ice cream. We will definitely come again.

we liked everything about this rental except the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was horrible. v-shaped and hard and creaky. everything else was just fine

Our accommodation were excellent. Location was the best.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Wrightsville Beach at Station One in the May condominium. It is well furnished and was extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect, and it was lovely being on the ocean. We will definitely come back again!

Our vacation started out a little rough, since the power went out in the building because a car hit a pole just down the street. Once we had that out of the way though, we had a wonderful time! Our condo was beautiful and clean, with a great view of the downstairs pool and the beach. The space was well taken care of, with the exception of very minor wear and tear issues. We are extremely satisfied and would come back again.

This rental is perfection. Spotless and adorable and the location is paradise. You can listen to the ocean and watch the surfers from just about everywhere in the unit. We walked to everything! Fantastic coffee shop steps away to start the day and all the best Wrightsville has to offer is literally right there. Loved this rental and cannot wait to book again.

The updates in this unit are great! Clean and comfortable condo. Would have loved two chairs on the balcony. The building was quiet and the location was amazing, could walk to eat and shop. It's an older building but had what we needed. Would be fun if the community room had something for kids - ping pong or air hockey, etc. Really enjoyed our stay!

The property is perfectly located on the pristine beach. The location is surrounded by great restaurants . The apartment was pristine and beautifully appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back next year. Would certainly recommend this VRBO to a friend!

We loved it so much we're coming back next year.One suggestion there wasn't a regular sweeper in condo to sweep the floors.
