Description

“Casa Crane” is the place to enjoy your Wrightsville Beach vacation in style! This beautifully appointed oceanside townhome is warm and inviting. “Casa Crane” is a pristine 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome with ocean views is less than a block from the beach and is located on a quiet street with no public parking for added privacy. The updated kitchen is well equipped, making meal preparations a breeze, while the open floor plan of the main floor offers a fantastic gathering space for families to relish each other’s company and create lifelong memories. Lounge on one of the spacious decks and soak in the fresh ocean air.

The first floor of "Casa Crane" offers three bedrooms including the primary with a king bed, spacious bathroom and private deck. Just down the hall from the primary bedroom is a guest bedroom with a queen and balcony, bedroom with two twin beds, and the washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level. The top floor features an open kitchen and living area with a large deck. The fourth queen bedroom with deck is located off the kitchen.

Occupancy: 8
Stay Restrictions: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins.
Parking: Parking for 3 cars, including garage.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed.

The home is lovely, well stocked and very comfortable. My grandkids were thrilled to see the bins of legos which have been entertaining them while not at the beach. The beach access is just down the street making it easy to go back and forth.

Casa Crane is a beautiful home with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. So many good restaurants close by and a beautiful beach just steps away. I would not recommend checking in on a Sunday. We were told the keys would be in the lockbox outside the rental company by 3:45. We arrived at the rental office at 3:45, and at 4:15 there were still no keys in the lockbox. Another renter was also waiting. We finally had to call the emergency maintenance number to try to contact someone as the office is closed on Sunday. Finally a girl showed up with the keys. I am disappointed that the rental company did not contact us to apologize for the inconvenience. We waited outside the office for almost 45 minutes. After being on the road for 13 hours, we were obviously exhausted, and this was very frustrating. An email or phone call from the rental company would have been appreciated. We understand things happen, but it could have been handled better. Other than that, the home is awesome!

We understand how frustrated you all must have been after such a long and tiring drive. As soon as we got the emergency service call, two of us working on the island got there as soon as we could to get your keys to you. We have since remedied this error where it will never be repeated. We are, however, happy to hear you enjoyed the property and all the amenities it provides! The view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach are a huge plus of staying at this home. Please do accept our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences you experienced, and we hope you'll visit Casa Crane again in the near future.

Perfect staycation for our family of four before our oldest started college. Clean, great location, loved having the beach at the end of the street. Would definitely rent again.

Spent the week here with children and grandchildren. The home was perfect for our needs...very short walk to the beach, little car traffic since no on-street parking, clean and comfortable, as well as a variety of books and games to engage all ages. I loved that the kitchen was not only well-stocked, but that it had labels on the drawers and cabinets to ensure everything was returned to the appropriate place. Of course the elevator was a lifesaver during arrival and departure. The TV in the living area did stop working the night before our departure, but there was no way that could have been predicted, plus we hardly used it anyway, so it was no problem for us.
My only recommendation would be to get felt pads for the dining room chairs since the floor around the table seemed to be getting some scratching and serious wear and tear.
It truly is a lovely rental and we would return again.

This was our first time staying at Casa Crane with our family of seven. The location is great on a nice quiet street with a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was clean and very well stocked with dishes and cookware.
The only small complaint would be that it would be nice to have an extra chair or loveseat in the living area so that there is enough seating for everyone. There is plenty of seating at the dining table and the breakfast bar. It would also be nice to have an extra rocker on the top deck so we all could enjoy the awesome views together.
Overall a great trip and we would stay here again!

loved the house- there were a few issues, such as an empty propane tank and unworkable screen door, bikes were broken in the garage, but overall very nice

The house is in a great location right at the beach! Very clean , well stocked kitchen, plenty of room, nice porches to relax outside! There is plenty of parking and beach chairs provided for your use. The rental company is AWESOME... provide very specific details about the home, check in and check our process. The only cons...the beds aren’t very comfortable and I would recommend taking your own linens. (The ones provided for the beds were very cheap & scratchy feeling, towels were subpar as well) We would definitely stay here again but take our on linens!

This is our second time back to Casa Crane and we will certainly come again! It feels like a brand new home with wonderful furnishing and comfortable beds. There were extras in the garage to help make our stay even better...bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs! Thank you for giving us exactly what we needed for a relaxing spring break with immediate access to the beach!

We had a wonderful experience renting this house. We’ll-equipped, very clean, attentive management, and a super short walk to the beach. Our kids loved all the beach gear, board games, and legos provided as well!

This was the perfect home base for our family wedding week. The unit is decorated beautifully and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking for a group. By far the best cookware at any rental that we have ever stayed at anywhere. Wonderful ocean views from the upstairs and downstairs decks. Beautiful master suite with a wonderful en suite bathroom with a large oversized shower with two showerheads. It was so helpful to have the elevator for sending luggage and groceries up to the top floor.

Casa Crane was spacious, comfortable, and very attractively decorated. Everything was sparkling clean, and the kitchen was well supplied. The short walk to the beach (without having to cross any roads) was much appreciated since we had an 8 month old infant with us. We had driven for this trip, so had our own beach chairs, boogie boards, etc, but if you fly into the area, the selection of beach chairs, toys, boards etc in the garage would be much appreciated, I'm sure. Loved the elevator for bringing up groceries and luggage.We would definitely look into renting this property again the next time we come to Wrightsville Beach.

We were wowed by every tiny detail from the decor to the cleanliness to the upscale appliances & dishes- (even the glassware!) to the comfy beds...& the outdoor shower... it did not feel like a rental :-) The view from the porches are spectacular! It was much appreciated to have games & beach accessories available. Both spacious & cozy~ it fit our family perfectly! We have been renting for almost 20 years in WB & this experience was one of the best !! No maintenance issues whatsoever. We will be back... THANK YOU !

We were very happy with our stay at Casa Crane. The property was spotless, very updated, and had small bonus amenities that we weren’t expecting but enjoyed such as board games, books, beach toys and lots of beach chairs, bicycles and more. We would definitely stay again!
