We really did enjoy our time at this house. The deck was terrific and the view was awesome. We also liked the location too. The only downside is that the bathrooms could use some upgrades. The toilets were very low and small. I’m 6’2” with bad knees. If not for the vanity, I don’t think I could’ve gotten myself back up. Also the tub/shower combo was very dated. I think you would do well to replace it with a walk in shower. Maybe even something ADA approved.

Super relaxing time on the beach for a week. Very close the the water which was great. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening reading. The decorations in the house were cute and beachy. It was wonderful having everything that was needed supplied for us. Great time and place. ( Would have liked to have directions on how to use the TV remotes, there were several!!!!! I recommend an umbrella for the deck. Too hot to sit out there till the sun goes down. No shade.)

For our small family of three, Beach Times was the perfect rental property right on the beach. The house and location had everything. We could take our 2 1/2 year old daughter easily down to the beach, where she loved building sandcastles, but not feel the strain and stress of lugging everything from a car to the sand and preparing meals for a beach day. We could walk right back up to the house if we forgot something or needed snacks/water. She also loved the local playground and we all had fun at the arcade near the pier. It was easy to go pick up food from the many restaurants in Carolina Beach, and then return to your quiet little home where we'd relax listening to the sounds of the ocean. The property is also extremely close to the Aquarium, but what really mattered is that you could tell that the owners take good care of their home. I felt like a guest instead of another traveler that they could earn rental income from. We will absolutely be returning to this wonderful home.

This is our second year and second time staying at 717 S Fort Fisher Blvd. My wife is a school teacher at a private school and they have a two week Spring break. We come to Kure Beach from Pennsylvania to get away from the winter cold and to RELAX. Kure Beach and 717 SFFB is the PERFECT place for a couple to RELAX and enjoy the deck and the waves crashing in the sunshine. The only thing the deck was missing was a table with umbrella to have meals on. We remedied that, and now there is a table, four chairs and umbrella for all to enjoy. The house is always clean and has all the cooking gadgets needed to dine in, which is what we did most days. If you are looking to get away and RELAX without any hustle and bustle, Kure Beach and 717 SFFB is the place to be.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Beach Times. I would suggest an overall upgrade, however, for the price you are charging for the rental. You could start with repairing broken items, such as the sliding deck door and the outdoor shower hose for removing sand. and putting in better-quality flooring.

We loved this cozy beach home. This home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the ocean was spectacular! Perfect place to sit with a morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. We’ve stayed in many homes and this is on our list of our favorites. Bryant Real Estate is wonderful to work with.

It was the perfect space for us and our three year old. We loved the location and how close it is to everything we need. The only complaint would be that the sliding glass door kept wanting to stick. It was overall a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be back again and renting this same property!

Overall, cottage very nice, suitable for two people, and preferable to a two-story condo. However, a few issues. Floors, kitchen, rooms/baths were clean but some trash lying about on window sills (bottle caps, hygiene spray). Spare bedroom had no lamp and tvs in bedrooms not connected. Also, probably needs pesticide check - a huge roach on the living floor at one point!

We’re from PA, so as wifey the school teacher was on Spring break, we decided to get out of the cold and find some warmer weather with a beach. Because of Covid 19, we didn’t want the hustle and bustle of a resort, and a little “cabin” on the beach was what we sought. The home at 717 Fort Fisher South was PERFECT for a couple or maybe two small children in tow. The home is right on the ocean and morning sunrises were absolutely worth waking up to see from the deck. The house had everything we needed to “cook in” for the week and was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay at same property again.

This is the third year we have stayed here with our grandkids. We all had a great time. It would be nice to have had some plastic bowls that were microwavable, Love it that we have our own walkway to the beach.

This was our ten and five year olds first time at the beach.
Reserving...check in...abd out was a breeze. Everything could be done online which was so great. No calling to see how to reserve or emailing any contracts...etc.
The home was very clean. Decor was nice. It was well stocked. The outdoor shower could have been better. We ended up using the hose. Water pressure inside was zero when the outside water was on. The views and sounds of the ocean were lovely. We liked that we could park our car underneath as we had some big storms while there. The beds and bedding were also very comfy and we liked how the linens were sealed and not on the beds yet.
I have had a few years if difficult health issues ... this was a well needed trip for all. Thank you.

This rental was small, but perfectly suited for 2-4 people. The location was great and it was wonderful to be able to look over the beach and walk right out to it. The house was very clean. The only problem, was that there was a notable mildewy smell that persisted for the length of our stay. It was obvious whenever we came in from outside. Other than that, it was a nice getaway spot and very close to Fort Fisher and the aquarium.

This is the perfect little beach house. It had everything we needed and we couldn't have been happier. Great location on a quieter part of the beach. Easy drive to Fort Fisher aquarium and grocery stores. Deck overlooking the ocean with adirondack chairs made for great stargazing at the end of the day. Reservations, check in and check out were seamless. Highly recommend this property.

This little house was perfect for our family of four looking for a quick getaway weekend! The view and easy beach access was awesome and we do hope to return. There are some things that could use some tending to, but overall the house was clean, well equipped and inviting.
-a couple nails in the walk are coming up which was dangerous with bare feet, especially for the kids
-the hose needs to be replaced as the handle is broken and the hose itself is getting ready to explode
-we killed a few roaches upon arrival

When we stepped in the door the clean smell was so nice. The young kids commented on it. It looked like it had been updated inside. Everyone had a great time so close to the beach. It did rain some but we enjoyed being at the beach with the grandkids.

We had a great time, and would have given five stars had it not been for the theft of our beach lounge chair. From the deck. At night. Someone took the trouble to climb over chairs blocking access to the stairs for our grands to play on the deck. �� They couldn’t resist the Tommy Bahama orange multi-striped chair.

Owners were beyond generous to let me make up my trip originally scheduled when the hurricane hit. Cutest house, spotless, perfect for 4 people. Loved the quiet area away from crowds, except for the construction on the beach that’s now finished. Walking distance to the pier. The deck could use a little work and the screen door on the slider needs repair but it certainly didn’t ruin my vacation. Would definitely rent again.

This cottage was perfect for our little getaway. Right on the beach, gorgeous beach. Small house but has everything you need. A lovely walk down to the pier and some restaurants. Very clean and cozy. Beach Times was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great both being oceanfront and in its location in Kure Beach. The house and property was clean and well maintained. There were some ants that appeared on the second day of our stay but the maintenance worker took care of them very quickly. The ants never reappeared. I would definitely stay at Beach Times again.

This two bedroom one and a half bath ocean front home is perfect for our getaway. It included linens and a washer and dryer. Very clean and practical with a walkway right to the shore. We walked along the beach to the pier and restaurants. Hope to stay here again next year.

Our Beach Times stay was awesome. Great little house. The only problem we had was the weather but that's nature's call. The rental was a great deal. It's nice not to have to worry about cleaning and scrubbing on your last day there. They linen service was convenient also. Bryant rental agency was very helpful and courteous. We'll have to do it again.

This home has what you need for a great family vacation! Our family of 4 has a hard time finding a quality home that has 2 bedrooms(most are for large families)this fit us perfectly. There were not a lot of frills, but it was clean(I always look at baseboards to see if a home is cared for)there was no dirt anywhere on the floor. There are a few things that renters should know such as there is no WI-FI, one shower, and the public access is at the home beside beach times. The property deck and walkway could use a little TLC,but nothing that would get in the way of a wonderful stay. The view(inside and out)and the access to the beach, make it an great place to stay!

We had another lovely stay at Beach Times. Even though it rained we had a nice time playing cards inside listening to the ocean and looking out to it. Perfect location. We'd love to own this property...if only! A few cobwebs and dusty corners but overall pretty clean and tidy. The new LR furniture is clean and comfy. We'd recommend this property to others, for sure. This small, oceanfront cottage suited my needs perfectly. Since I visited alone, the size was excellent, and the ocean access and view were superb. We enjoyed staying in this little house right off Kure Beach. The location is excellent for beach access, especially with small children. While it needs some updating, the house worked fine for our needs. There were a few little annoyances (broken drain, extra charges for linens, no wi/fi, somewhat noisy frontage road). The property management company was very professional. We also liked visiting the aquarium about a five minute drive away. All in all, we would recommend this place!

When you stay at Beach Times in Kure Beach, you are not at the beach, you are ON the beach! The view of the Atlantic is beautiful and you are a one minute walk to the surf! So beautiful, we never left the beach! The house is small with few amenities (not even a grill)but that made it affordable.

Great location. A little put off by having to bring our own linens, towels, and other items typically provided by a rental property. But that didn't prevent us from enjoying a very nice location, great beach, and nice house.

Hey Cheryl - thank you for the feedback. We have been in business for 65 years, and in years past, linens were not included in stays to keep cost low. Many years ago we started to offer linens for rent - this allowed our guest that had been coming for years maintain a low cost rental if they wanted to bring their own linens. However in recent years, this expectation has been increasing. As a result we are working to including linens and the price of them in each rental. We look forward to being able to facilitate your next stay!

We've stayed at this same place many times over the years and plan to again in the future. Overall we love the place and Bryant does a great management job too. On the flip side - it appeared to us to be in need of a deep cleaning and maybe a little updating. Many of the window blinds do not operate smoothly. The kitchen sink window is fogged up. The ceiling fans are filthy. We had to wash the bed spreads because they were dirty. The couches feel very dirty. There was a pile of cigarette butts in the sand filled pot at the bottom of the ocean side stairway. We hope these comments are helpful. We love this particular unit and plan to come back to stay at it again!

I would like to start by saying, this is the first home we have stayed in that was true to the pictures on line...
It was clean with more than we thought..
There were 4 of us & that was a perfect size..
One thing that was neat was the washer & dryer!! Heavy duty commercial name brand!! We came home with clean clothes!!!!
Also we loved parking under the house.. Kept it cooler.
The TV was really nice too.
No problem staying there again!
And we really liked the way we were treated by you all..
Glad we got to use Bryant... Hope to use them again!

"Beach Times" is located in Kure Beach and is about 1 mile from the NC Aquarium, Ft. Fisher Civil War Museum, and Kure Beach fishing pier. This is an oceanfront single family home with it's own private walkway to the beach! If you just need a couple bedrooms and enjoy the privacy and luxury feel of having your very own spaces - "Beach Times" is the house is for you!

The 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath oceanfront home is perfect for a couple or small family. Both bedrooms have their own TVs and have just recently had mattresses replaced so you'll be ready for a good nights rest! The main bedroom has a Queen bed and a private half bath. The guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds. A nice full bathroom is just off kitchen area. Sliding doors lead from the kitchen and living room to a large oceanfront deck for sunbathing or outdoor dining. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are oceanfront and have nice views of the Atlantic. Don't miss the spectacular and awe inspiring sunrises while you are here! There is a private walkover to the beach and an minimalistic outdoor shower.
