Our family had a wonderful time at this house and in Wrightsville area. It is in an excellent location. The house was in good condition overall but needed the following repairs: small gas leak on kitchen stove, missing a bracket on one of the bunk bed ladders and on one of the bunk bed safety rails rendering them unsafe, and encountered several palmetto bugs inside the house.

We have been renting this property for over 10 years so considered it our own. It has many bedrooms and is ideal for large families and groups. The elevator is so helpful! And there is an extra fridge - we call the beverage fridge. This house is not oceanfront but is very close to the ocean on a small street with fewer homes than usual. The location is wonderful - very centrally located. Please enjoy it and treat it well.

This property is steps from the beach, beautifully decorated and appointed, and a great layout for multiple families. We had 3 families with small kids, and a few couples. Worked perfectly for us.

Fabulous experience in a spacious but cozy home. Had all the space we needed, including lultiple bathrooms for the pre-wedding groom-side frenzy. Beach access and beach was wonderful, only wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

We had a wonderful trip to Wrightsville Beach. Absolutely loved the Brown house! Very clean and lovely decorations. Bedrooms/Beds were excellent. Kitchen had plenty of tools and good appliances. Bryant staff were great! We called to get a vent closed that we couldn't reach and they were there within the hour or sooner. Air conditioning was excellent...and it was a hot week! All around lovely home.

We ave stayed in this home for 4 or 5 years and feel like it is our extended family's' summervplace! All the grandchildren are so comfortable there! Everything I needed to cook was there! Did take my crockpot! We never leave before making reservations for the next year in this house! So nice to have plenty of parking at this home!! A rarity at Wrightsville Beach! I would recommend this home for any family that has 15-17, The elevator is a plus for taking groceries up and for us that are getting older! Thanks for allowing us to share this great home!

The weather was great. The beach is eroding kind of heavily near our access point but that has nothing to do with the house!

Bryant couldnt have been easier to deal with.
The house was wonderful- great location and porches, plenty of parking and close to bars and restaurants. The second refrigerator was perfect!
The only glitches were locking the front door and the a/c on the first floor wasnt cooling. Was hot and had to turn on fans to sleep.

What an amazing place! It Is beautifully and comfortably furnished. To our surprised it came fully stocked with the every day items that you know that you need to supply yourself. It is centrally located to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful home for a amazing family vacation!!

We had 13 women in town for a 40& over tennis tournament. The location was perfect, the house slept the number of people described more than comfortably and walk short walk to restraints and the beach was a big bonus!

The house was fantastic for large families. Well-equipped kitchen, large spaces for gathering together, even a few beach toys available for families that are flying to the area. I'd recommend a few repairs on outdoor porch chairs, maybe labeling the kitchen for ease of use ... had all sorts of useful items, but were difficult to easily locate. Overall, a fantastic beach week. We thank the realty company and the owners! We needed the kitchen as we have found restaurants are unable to serve families of ~18-20 easily. Thank you!!

Great house, close to the ocean, on a quite street with no public parking. There is plenty of parking at the house. The dining room table seats many which is appropriate for the house. The kitchen is well equipped. The porches are a great gathering place. This was our 5th year at this house and we will rent it again.
