We love the location the rooms where descend. There should be at least 3 tv’s in a 4bedroom house. The cleaning crew definitely needs to put more hard scrubbing in their working efforts

Unit has great layout and size. Location is awesome. Could use a deeper cleaning (ceiling fans), and some updating to finishes, but nothing that was offputting.

Everything described in the advertisement for the property was delivered, no complaints at all there, or anywhere else for that matter. Property was very clean and maintained. Property management company was very accommodating and friendly, customer service was top notch. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Wrightsville Beach. The location was outstanding, walking distance to both the beach and several bars and restaurants.

The is a prime location in a beautiful area. However, this is my least favorite type of rental, one that takes advantage of the great location but doesn’t put money back into it for upkeep. The first night my son went to bed in the queen under single bunk bed it broke. It was obvious the bed was in poor condition because it was wobbly but didn’t think it was bad enough to break. For the rest of the stay one son slept on the couch and the other with us. In addition, 1 shower didn’t drain and 2 sinks drain slowly There was numerous other small things that needed attention.. We Called maintenance and they never can despite saying that would. When we checked out, we again stated out problems and the agent seemed surprised. Please spend your money elsewhere.

We apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay with us and regret that they were not addressed before you arrived however, with detailed things like sinks we really have no way of knowing until guests report them since we are not actively living in the house ourselves. We appreciate you reporting those items to our team so we could address them quickly. Our maintenance technician reinforced the bunk bed, unclogged the drain, and fixed the sink at your checkout. I am surprised by your comments about the unit not being updated since the owner just replaced the flooring in the unit about a month ago as well as painting and purchased a new living room sofa. We are so excited about the recent upgrades the owner has made and wish that you were able to enjoy them more. This home is in a stellar location, perfectly situated between the sound and the beach, while being steps from downtown WB. We hope that you will consider renting with us again in the future. The person at Bryant that helped recommend and book was excellent and the whole process was easy. Property was spacious and comfy - only negative was hot tub had a strong smell of mold which think was the cover and wasn't super clean.

The location and rental process was great. The cleanliness of the house is a different story. Nothing horrible but after 2 hours of being there my 2 yr old sons feet were black on the bottom from walking around on the tile and carpet barefoot. The handicap bathroom toilet was covered in rust. And lots of cobwebs like it hadn’t been occupied in awhile. Other than that it was a great stay and they had everything we needed for the kitchen and it was a good weekend.

We at a great time at Greiner Lower Unit. The location is perfect to everything, beach, shops, restaurant and inner coastal water. Our friends and family enjoyed the communal spaces and the porches. Sunsets off of the back porch are beautiful. Kitchen is very well stocked for those who like to cook and we do. It was nice not to have to need our personal items. There were some issues with the rental that were taken care of readily and we appreciated the responsive service.

My family and I found this location and accommodation pleasing. Within easy walking distance to restaurants and a quick walk across the street to the beach. The intercoastal waterway access is limited and was not considered an important draw for us. Would we stay here again? You bet!

Our original selection was cancelled due to "late construction" being completed. Needless to say we were quite upset. The property we settled with was more expensive, but was not clean as we expected. There were stains on the carpeting in most rooms, dirty quilts on the beds, stains on the curtains in the Master bedroom and the Master bathroom was dirty. The kitchen floor was dirty. The unit was nicely decorated, but a complete cleaning of the unit is warranted. The owners were pleasant, however their TV was loud and we heard alot of noise from upstairs in the evening. We shared a garage and on several occasions, they neglected to close their side of the garage door and left the doors to the unit unlocked. I would go downstairs several time in the evening before retiring to double check the unit was safe! It made me uncomfortable and unsafe.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of having to relocate your reservation. Although it has been months since hurricane Florence made landfall in Wilmington, many homes are unfortunately still in the process of being repaired. Our management team worked closely with you through this relocation and was more than willing to help during your stay had we been made aware you were unhappy with the accommodations. As we were not alerted to any cleanliness issues or dissatisfaction with the property during the stay there is little we can do to remedy your concerns at this time. While we understand that the garage being open may have been unsettling, we can assure you this is not a security issue. The common area requires a key, however, even if these areas are not locked, the front door to the unit has a lock- meaning that if a renter locks their door no other can gain access without a key. Regrettably, multi-family accommodations such as duplexes are subject to noise transfer between units. We will be happy to pass your concerns along to the owners and appreciate you providing this feedback. Despite the relocation and the slight noise transfer between units we hope that you enjoyed your time at Wrightsville Beach and hope to see you again soon!

Very satisfied with the Greiner (Lower Unit) property. The accommodations were comfortable and contained all of the amenities needed for a weekend stay. Spacious garage for two vehicles plus one extra vehicle on the driveway. Large kitchen area with all the needed items for preparing/serving meals. New grill on the back deck! Sleeping conditions were plentiful; loved eating breakfast on the front porch listening to the waves crash (obstructed view of the ocean was fine). The hot tub was awesome too. Overall, an excellent rental that met my needs for the weekend without breaking the bank. THANK YOU!

Good but pictures implied we could set on a pier and also said there were 8 beds when there were only 7.
There was no offer for any refund even though we had 9 guys ( 2 slept on a couch instead of 1)

The photos and description note that this is a boat friendly property; displaying a picnic table by the sound with a stone walkway to and a pulley system for mooring small boats. Boat friendly homes allow for a boat to be secured but do not provide traditional access such as a pier or dock, which is why they are advertised differently. Our hospitality leader visited the property during your stay and assisted your group in locating all eight beds; one of which is a trundle. We apologize that the bedding configuration did not work for your specific group, however, we verified our information is accurately advertised on our website, in descriptions, and on our rental contract. We do our best to provide clear and accurate descriptions in the advertising of our homes. Having said that, it may be advisable to contact our staff directly in the future should you have questions. We appreciate your feedback and sincerely hope you enjoyed your time at Wrightsville Beach!

Had a few situations during our stay.
1. Loud TV coming from Owner unit upstairs multiple nights after 11:00 pm (contacted Bryant RE via phone and also talked to owners- finally after 2nd night they finally turned down the TVJyst “ok
2. Several roaches spotted throughout unit
3. Master BR TV remote did not work

The beach house was perfect for our large family. The cooking tools allowed us to cook, grill out (could use a new grill) & serve dinner for 16 people. We used every space of the inside & outside areas, except for the hot tub, & it it provided for our needs. The only complaint was 1 of the bedrooms had squeaky bed frames (we did tighten some screws) ( the squeak didn’t help the baby & adults with sleeping), & it could use a new mattress in the master bedroom. Otherwise, rain or shine, it was a perfect location for beach, food, plenty of room & supplies to meet the needs of the fam! We’ll be back!

We love Wrightsville Beach and Lumina Ave is the best road to stay on with the beach on one side and the sound on the other. This vacation rental is really well kept and well stocked. We will be back!

My husband and a few other couples rented this house for a long weekend for a friends wedding. It was a great location and perfect setup for us. Close to the beach bars, and great beach access really sold us. The only weird thing is that the owners live in the unit above us, so I felt like we were being watched some. But other then that, great house and I would recommend it!

Easy walk to beach, sound, restaurants. Quiet street so we could enjoy the porch. Convenient layout with four bedrooms, four baths, large kitchen with lots of room to prepare and serve meals. Hot tub and garden area on ground level a plus. Parking limited, so we purchased a week pass from WB gov't offices for on-street space.

Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there but we only stayed Saturday and Sunday night. This was a gathering of friends to celebrate my twins 21st birthday. My sis and I cooked them a nice group dinner and off they went to the local bars since they are in walking distance. House was nice - lots of room. Porches were nice while it rained. Under "normal" circumstances, I would not pay this much for a rental but it was for a special occasion thus worth it. There was enough space to fit four cars which was nice and the Catholic church was within a very short walking distance. Only take away was the hot tub that did not seem to get hot. Overall - great weekend! Thanks for sharing your house!

We loved everything about this house, including the owners. This was our third time renting here. Perfect location, convenient to shopping, access to beach across the street,, bathrooms for all four bedrooms, clean and well maintained, adequate private parking. hot tub and exercise room.

“Greiner” is centrally located in downtown Wrightsville Beach – the public beach access, intracoastal waterway, famous walking loop, local shops, great restaurants, and bars are all within steps from your front door!

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom lower-level duplex home provides the best of the ocean and intracoastal waterway. The beach access is just across the street and guests of this lovely home can easily access the sound to enjoy the private beach that emerges at low tide. There is a sound front sundeck complete with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and a boat pulley available for mooring a small boat.

Enjoy cooking your favorite family meals in the well-equipped kitchen without missing a precious family moment. The spacious open concept floor plan enables you to be included in the action whether you are preparing a meal, playing a board game at the table, or just relaxing on the couch and catching up on a favorite TV show. The kitchen offers updated granite counter tops and tons of counter space to prepare meals, bar seating for 7 people, and flows easily to a dining table that can accommodate 6 people. Fresh new wood flooring and a cozy sectional sofa welcome you to the living room. This is a great place to unwind after a busy day or you can grab a seat on one of the rocking chairs that is placed on the street side covered porch.

The new hard wood flooring continues from the living room, down the hallway and into the bedrooms. The first guest room is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over a full) and is a great room for younger family members. This guest room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower stall. Across the hall is another guest room that provides two Full sized beds. There is a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination that is available for guests in this room. A full-sized washer and dryer are in the hallway closet for added convenience.

At the end of the hall, you will find the master suite which is truly a wonderful space! The master bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, flat screen TV, and direct access to the back deck that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. The sound side deck can also be accessed through the adjoining guest room or by a door at the end of the hallway. The fourth guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin sized daybed with twin trundle. This room has direct access to the adjoining bathroom which has shared access with the hall. This bathroom has many features that make it handicap friendly – please ask before booking if you would like additional information.

Complete with small TV and treadmill, the sunlit ground level exercise room is available to guests 24/7. The courtyard outside of the home gym leads you to hidden oasis that includes a covered sitting area, hot tub, and fully enclosed outdoor shower with temperature settings.

This property has been equipped with an elevator in the past, however, it is not compliant with Weston’s Law and therefore has been disabled. The elevator cannot legally be operated for any purpose. We greatly regret any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your kind understanding as we work with the homeowner and our local vendors to eliminate any deficiencies and provide a safe amenity for everyone to enjoy. All facilities that are complaint and permit elevator usage will be able to be filtered in search results by selecting the Elevator or Private Elevator amenity search.
