We went for our 1 year anniversary and it was a blast. It was last minute and they were super accommodating and very responsive. Clean and beautiful condo, so close to the beach, you can see the ocean while eating breakfast. Nice pool, quiet spot and will def stay there again.

This place is great. You already know your not ocean front, however that first peak to your right as you begin to unload the ungodly amount of luggage you brought, stares right back at you!! The Atlantic!!
The location is perfect, the accessibility to the beach is perfect, the pool is amazingly surprising given so many units and hardly anyone ever in the pool.
We love it because we need laundry and a fridge and the everyday comforts of home while still being 30 seconds from our toes in the sand.
The place is fantastic! And it’s been our go to for 2 years now..... and God willing year number 3!!

Condo was clean and cute. Beach access right by condo is blocked permanently with huge rocks to prevent erosion but a beautiful place
To sit and listen to the waves crash. Actual beach access is 3 block easy walk and there was even a wagon in the closet to use which was a really nice touch! House felt clean and secure. Parking was an issue but I know they are trying to resolve it!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was extra clean!!! Privacy on the front deck was so nice and you could hear/see the ocean. The only thing that I wished I had known is the beach access that is across the street is closed due to beach erosion. We had to walk about .3 miles to the next access that we could pull our wagon down. If you don't carry tons of stuff with you to the beach like we do, then an accessible beach access is closer. The walk wasn't bad, but we drove one day when the weather was questionable and had to pay to park--$30 for 6 hours I believe. Also, we never saw anywhere to rinse our beach chairs and sandy feet off before entering the house. There may be a hose but we didn't see one so that was a little inconvenient, but it wasn't a deal breaker. We've already talked about how nice it would be to return on a couples trip!!! We were super impressed!!! Great place in a great location!!!

If you are ready for your perfect beach getaway look no further than "Heath Retreat"! This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom 1st floor condo at the Seascape complex is only 2 rows from the beach. Enter into the open design of the kitchen, dining area, and living room from the front porch. The kitchen features luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, and a large raised bar top for additional seating, but there is not a dishwasher in the unit. There is also a Keurig so don't forget your K-cups.

Sip on your morning coffee soaking up the gorgeous coastal sun and the feel of the ocean breeze as you hear the waves crashing on the shore from the comfort of your porch while breathing in the salt air. After a long day at the beach you can relax by the community pool. The master bedroom highlights a queen bed, private bathroom and large closet space. The full sofa bed is located in the living room. Make memories at "Heath Retreat" for your next vacation!

Seascape is a second row condominium community with a pool located on the north end of Carolina Beach, near Freeman Park, a 4-wheel drive only section of the beach. There is public beach access next to the Seascape complex.

While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Or travel a few miles south to the Ft. Fisher Historic Museum, the Civil War battleground and the NC Aquarium.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.
