The place has a nice location and its spaces and mostly renovated. The problem is that is was extremely dusty and had roaches. Also owners need to take some stuff out it very cluttered with stuff all over the counters. The master was wickerd and it was sooo dusty.

We absolutely loved our stay at the McGraw Hilton. Excellent location. Very quick walk to the beach and the pier and we loved sitting on the multiple porches and watching all of the foot traffic in the area. The set up was ideal with the bedrooms spread out and each having their own bathroom. Please change the extremely lumpy mattress pad in the master though. And maybe an extra baking sheet or two. Besides that, our stay was absolutely perfect and we will be back.

4th time renting! Works really well for my family / love how it is decorated. You really feel like you’re at the beach ! Only 2 things that need chain g / Need better non stick pots & pans and master bed is very lumpy - just needs a new pad. Will be back again;)

This property is a gem! Wonderfully appointed and decorated, from the wood ceilings to the comfortable beds. The location is excellent-close to the beach and all the activities that Wrightsville Beach offers. It did not feel like your typical beach house-which is a good thing. It was cozy and the perfect amount of room for our family of 6. We love to cook, so I might recommend a few more larger pots. Besides that, we had a wonderful vacation here. Thank you Bryant!

We were so happy with the McGraw Hilton! It had everything would needed. The front porch was were we spent our mornings, drinking coffee and people watching. The condo was a short walk down to the beautiful beach and fishing pier, as well as gift shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was comfortable and inviting from the moment you opened the front door and continued thru out the property. We hope to be able to do this again!

The house was comfortable and in good condition with some exceptions: 1The master bath fixtures are a bit corroded, such that the bathtub would not hold water. 2. The drawer in the kitchen that holds eating utensils will fall out completely if you are not careful. 3. There is a crude hook stuck in the master bathroom wall for hand towels. 4. One of the bifold doors in front of the washing machine was completely off-track when we arrived and was leaning against the wall. 5. The heat was surprisingly uneven for a small property - some spots are too warm while others are a bit cold. These are things you might not notice right away. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We’ve been coming to Wrightsville for years and once again, have enjoyed a great week. The property is in a great location and very comfortable. We got great use of the porch early in the day and late in the afternoon/night watching people walk, jog, bike along Lumina. We also rose our bikes routinely along the island, and even to Harris Teeter a few times. Definitely would stay here again!

It was lovely but the upstairs guest bath needed attention. The shower valve was very difficult to operate and the shower head needed replacing. The lavatory was stopped up causing a very slow drain.
We had two cars with us and we moved one to get the other one out. My sister pulled into the next driveway and we went shopping. While we were gone my sister’s car was towed! This was so unfortunate and could have been avoided had there been a very visible notice in the unit warning about the parking situation.
On the other hand, your 24 hour on call contact, David, was very helpful with getting us the correct entry code. He went above and beyond to help us.

This is truly a loved family home. It is well card for with comfortable upscale furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. There is a short walk to the beach and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and store the beach chairs. The outdoor patio has a palm tree view and comfortable cocktail seating or morning coffee sunrise view. Parking space for two to three cars and even a visitor can squeeze in on the side. It is centrally located to restaurants and a short walk for more coffee and cocktails. I wish this house was mine, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Stayed for 4 nights for UNCW graduation - perfect location - short walk to beach - not too far from beach bars! Really liked the fact the parking holds 3 cars. McGraw was in the perfect location (short walk) for our annual fishing trip at Johnnie Mercer Pier in memory of my Dad. This unit was clean and beachy. It was the first time we've stayed in one with personal pictures everywhere though. Lol The icemaker and water dispenser on the refrigerator were not operational but everything else was good. My daughter left her makeup bag there and when we called to see if it was found it had been. Very nice and friendly staff at Bryant. Overall great place to stay!

We learned of the vacation home from my cousin who has stayed at the same place several times. We needed 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and wanted a place close to the beach that we could rent for less than a week. The place fit our criteria. We arrived on Friday evening and got the key from the lockbox. The home was clean with comfortable furniture and it was nicely decorated. We stayed there with two of our children and my mother in law. We all had comfortable beds and plenty of space. There were TVs in each bedroom. The large balcony overlooks the street (great for people watching) and has a table to eat outside and also very comfortable tall chairs. The beach was a short walk away. It is one street away from the Johnny Mercer pier. It's a busy part of the beach. Robert's Grocery is only a half mile walk away. We ate at Indochine, Beach Bagels, Poes, and Causeway Cafe -- all delicious places to eat!

We enjoyed the house, location was great. We had a couple of issues: 1) The ottoman in the master bedroom was broken and unusable, needs to be fixed or replaced. 2) the kitchen cabinet door (upper, left, next to the refrigerator) actually came off the hinges when opening, could have been dangerous if I had not caught it when it happened. Also, should have a dustpan.....

We really enjoyed our stay at the McGraw Hilton. It was a great location, not just close to the beach but central to everything around Wrighstville, and within walking distance of a lot of great places to eat, have a few drinks, etc. We loved the feel and decor of the condo, but there were a few things that we didn't quite understand.
Downsides:
- A lot of clutter out in the open and a lot of garbage (meaning things that should be thrown out that are being held on to for some reason) hidden in drawers, cabinets, closets, etc. There's a lot of "stuff" to maneuver around
- Skimped on things that shouldn't be considered "luxuries." For example, there was no hand soap in the dispensers in the bathroom. Also, no washrags in the kitchen, towels, etc. Bringing your own sheets and beach towels is understandable but having to supply EVERYTHING is a little much (including dish soap and dishwasher detergent). Spending $10 per visitor on these "amenities" would go a long way.
- The living room couch is extremely uncomfortable
- The living room television doesn't have a DVD player (and no HDMI port to hook one up)
Overall though, this is a great place! We'd describe it as good enough to stay at, nice visually, but lacking in some important areas. We probably wouldn't come back to this specific place but would find something close by (as the location was fantastic).

“McGraw” is an upscale townhouse located less than a block from the beach access and Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. This nicely appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is decorated with comfort and luxury in mind! With a superb location and all the comforts of home – why not go ahead and plan that beach getaway today?!
As you enter “McGraw” you will instantly notice the unique details of the home. Hardwood floors are accented by the beautiful wood plank ceilings. This end unit has two walls of large floor to ceiling windows that let in natural light and are covered with plantation shutters to add to the subtle coastal ambiance of the home. The living room overlooks the dining and kitchen area to give a wonderful space for families to gather. Granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances add to the upscale feel and offer all the necessary utensils to prepare a home cooked meal. Down the hall past the kitchen is a hall bathroom that connects with the twin guest bedroom.
Upstairs you will find the spacious primary suite and third guest room. The primary bedroom is furnished with a lush king-sized bed and is complete with a television, sitting area, private balcony, and an ensuite which features dual sinks. with bath that opens to private deck, plus guest bedroom and bath. Down the upstairs hall is the third guest bedroom which has two queen-sized beds and a private bathroom.
There is a sizable deck on the front of the home that offers an ocean view. Furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and located on the corner of The Loop, a 2.5-mile paved pathway around neighboring Harbor Island and downtown Wrightsville Beach. This is a wonderful place to relax in the sun and watch all the action.
