We had a great time three things came to my attention. The WiFi is not strong enough for everyone to use. It definitely needs a booster or possibly a new router. The board walk to the beach needs some attention this is a safety hazard. Loose boards and raised nails. Also when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there and it was after four. They were not in any hurry to leave. I don’t mind the later entry but we need to be informed because of the congestion on Saturdays. There is no where to park and I don’t want to offend the neighbors on the street.

Our east and west coast families met for a week at the beach, so we wanted a large home with separate bedrooms, bathrooms, and direct access to the beach:. the Sand Castle was perfect. House is beautiful, comfortable and the porches have spectacular views.

This house was so nice. Beautiful views and lots of space. It had everything we needed and then some. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I really liked the keyless entry check in/out process. Loved it

Highly recommend this rental for big families and special celebration.

Relaxing weekend in a well-appointed home right on the beach. The sun rises were stunning!

This was our fourth year renting Oxford's Sand Castle. The amenities in this house are the best and one of the best features is each of the 5 bedrooms has it's own bathroom. The private boardwalk to the beach is so convenient. Bryant does a great job keeping us informed of everything we need to know to check in and out and everything in between. Besides just relaxing, highlights during our stay are the farmer's market every Monday, dining at Oceanic,and hitting Jimmy's for a beverage and to see what dogs are visiting on that particular day! This is a vacation we look forward to every year.

This was our third year renting this house and I have also booked it for next year. We had a great time it is a wonderful place to stay. There were a few issues the central vacuum system would not work and there was no broom. The dryer worked but it took several cycles to dry clothes. The cooktop didn’t seem to be working took forever to get hot.

The central vaccuum container may need to be emptied if it wasn't working; we will investigate! There are two brooms in the house in the hall closet on the first floor - however I wouldn't doubt if they walked off between renters or are somewhere else in the house. You won't believe how many brooms go missing week to week! I will make note to double check if there is a broom otherwise, next time let us know ASAP and we can deliver you one to use during your stay. We are so thankful for your continued loyalty with our company and Oxford's Sandcastle! There is so much to love about the unit - it's oceanfront views right by the pier, the large decks with comfy furniture, the cozy large bedrooms with connecting bathrooms in each, and the overall spaciousness of the home. We are looking forward to your return next year!

I was very shocked at the price and availability of this house for this passed Labor Day weekend. I was also very weary hence not having many reviews but I went with my gut and it completely paid off. This house is truly amazing in terms of location and privacy. The interior of the house was immaculate and everything written in the description matched perfectly. There were plenty of beach essentials such as chairs and umbrellas, grill was clutch, patios and furniture was great, truly near to a perfect trip. The biggest issues during our stay was very minor; close to empty propane tank, and not accommodating early check-in but I know that can be difficult sometimes, that’s all!

This house is amazing and we love the private beach access. We've stayed here 3 years now and will continue to stay at this house. Amenities were upgraded this year such as a newer coffee pot and espresso machine. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which we love. This house is beautiful and first class all the way!

Second time renting this house. Love the house and the location. Really wish they would fix the water heater issue. What they have now will not accommodate 10 guest. Also would like to see another trash receptacle one sometimes is not enough. A refrigerator in the garage would be a nice addition.

This was one our favorite homes to rent in Wrightsville Beach and we have been vacationing here for almost 15 years!It was very spacious and luxurious. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. The ocean view is amazing. The only slight negative is, this area of the beach gets a little crowded but it's great to be able to walk to the downtown area for the restaurants and shops.

We stayed here for spring break this year. The house is located at the end of a quiet street on the beach. It is within walking distance to the little town and great restaurants.

The house is well appointed and has amazing views from every level of the house. Upon arrival, it was very clean, very well maintained and unlike many beach homes, the house was sand free.

There were a few maintenance needs that needed attention so we used the Bryant Realty app and received a call from Roy within 15 minutes. He showed up and solved the issues quickly.

The only downside to the house was the very limited tv options. They have several great tvs but only had the most basic cable package with 7-9 channels (no ESPN, no news channels, no entertainment channels, etc). They have Apple TV with Netflix on 2 tvs which helped a little but news and sports would have been nice and are a reasonable expectation in this type of rental.

Other than that minor issue, the house was fantastic, the rental company was responsive, and the location was amazing. If you are considering the Wrightsville Beach area, you should definitely consider this house. We had a great week.

Property was great. The hot water water was a little problematic in that, sometimes it took a very long time to heat up and other times it stayed lukewarm. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Oxford's Sand Castle... Welcome to Paradise! A truly grand vacation home! Spend your family vacation in elegance and comfort in the well-appointed 5-bedroom 5.5 bathroom oceanfront home located near the center of Wrightsville Beach and a few blocks from Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. One of the few homes with its own private walkway to the beach.

The main level features a large, open floor plan with a living-dining area and a kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances- perfectly designed for family gatherings. Just off of the kitchen is a small office area with an Apple computer for your use, a large pantry and laundry room. The oceanfront living and dining area lead out to a covered porch with comfortable seating and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. On this level there are 2 bedrooms with private baths along with a half bathroom in the hallway.

The top level has the oceanfront primary bedroom which opens onto a covered deck with views from one end of the beach to the other. The attached private bathroom has a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, one that is oceanfront and one that is not. Each of these bedrooms has its own private bathroom. You will find an additional seating area on this level to get away, watch TV or read a book.

When coming off of the beach you will find an enclosed outside shower on the ground level. There is also a double car garage. Reserve this home now and start a family tradition worth keeping!

Items provided for this home include conveniences such as custom pump hand soaps and lotions for each bathroom, liquid dish soap and hand lotion in the kitchen, Glad trash bags, Tide pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, as well as an extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and two rolls of paper towels for the kitchen. All soaps and lotions are fragrance free, cruelty-free, paraben and sulfate free, and 100% vegan.
