Very good value for the accommodations. Clean. Close to beach and pier. We had a great family vacation with 4 generations staying.
The had an iron but no ironing board. That was a disappointment.
There also were no instructions for the TV. There were 4 remotes, This was confusing, even for our tech savvy guests. Took a full reboot of the cable box and nearly an hour to get it working. I had called for assistance but nobody called or came by. ��

Overall, very satisfied and would stay with them again.

We would have gladly brought an ironing board to you if we had known the owners didn't provide one because that is a required item. We will look into the other issues you mentioned so we can take care of those also. We had a wonderful time at Paradox in WB. the location was wonderful, the house was great. Plenty of room and we had everything we needed. The house had a great view (to bad new house is being built across the street) and enjoyed watching the sunset from the large porch. As with all things there were 2 things that that caused minor issues. First I was disappointed that the linens would not be on the beds when we arrived, after a long day of travel it just added to the move in time . We have stayed at many different locations and rental companies and beds were all ready made. Also the tv in the living room had 5 remotes with no idea which one to use. We did contact Bryant and they called at dinner time on Monday but by that time we had got tv to work. By no means did this ruin our week or make our trip less enjoyable, just added some frustration. Overall the week was fun, enjoyable and I would 100% return to this property again. Thank you for a wonderful week!

John, thank you for taking the time to give your feedback! This unit is perfect for large groups who want easy beach access and anything you could possibly need on vacation! These owners have gone above and beyond to be sure you have all the essentials for your stay. As far as linens, we are still adhering to complete sanitation of laundry, due to an influx of previous guest requests. That may be subject to change in future, but for now it is still outlined in the contract all our guests sign. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused upon arrival, especially since we know travelling can be taxing. We want our guests to have an enjoyable, but safe, stay with us. Paradox was perfect for our family's stay. The open living area accommodated four generations for meals and informal gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary utensils, serving dishes, etc. Bathrooms were spotless.
We did have a problem with the elevator upon arrival. A technician was immediately dispatched and fixed the issue.
One note for improvement: the return vents throughout the house were very dirty--triggered a lot of sneezing.

Paradox is a perfect location with a wonderful great room and kitchen. Balconies galore and we were so happy with all of the bathrooms. Since all but one of the bedrooms were on the lower level the earlier to bed were never disturbed by the night owls. There were some ant issues but the realtor responded right away to my email. The furniture was a bit dated. Sofa had stains, and I had concerns the blankets are not washed between guest. The kitchen floor...not the cleanest. The biggest issue with the home was the clutter. There is just too much stuff. The amount of things in the kitchen and living space is overwhelming and disorderly. There had to be 100 knives. Finding and returning things to a proper spot is near impossible. (and I am not overly organized!) There are also family photos around which is odd when in a rental. The Jimmy Buffet theme in the downstairs bedroom is kind of creepy..just sayin. But over all we had a great stay, lots of fun. Some tweaks here and there would go a long way!

The owners ordered a new sofa at the beginning of the year but with COVID it has been a bit delayed - but exciting news it will be delivered this October 2021! As for the kitchen organization - it is one of the biggest struggles we face but our hospitality team tries to keep them looking nice between reservations when we can. You could spend two hours organizing and labeling cabinets/drawers (which this property has) but the second someone checks in, it all resets so I can understand your frustrations. Glad you enjoyed the rental for the most part and hope you will consider renting with us again next time. Take care!

The Paradox is in a great location with easy access to the beach. The house needs some updating but overall has a really nice layout and fit plenty of people comfortably. If you are not ant-friendly, this house is not for you. I would also recommend bringing your own beach chairs, as a few were broken or just old and rusty.

This home exudes comfort with the cozy décor and coastal accents! I will make note about your desire for upgrades and add that to our owner suggestions to pass on. We are sorry to hear you had some issues with ants - they have wreaked havoc on the island bad this year, likely from all of the rain we have had. This unit is on a regular spray for them and they were scheduled to come out the day after you called coincidentally, so hopefully that was able to keep them at bay for the remainder of your stay. We always recommend our guests bring any beach equipment that you will need since beach chairs and umbrellas are not required items for our rentals. Most of what is found at units are often left over from previous guests but I will swing by and dispose of the rusted ones. We hope to see you back again next time, be sure to keep in touch and let us know when you are ready to book your next getaway!

One last family getaway while we could all get together easily. The location was fabulous. Just a short walk to the beach. We loved the coffee and surf shops just a short walk away. The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own rooms but the common space was great for hanging out together. We loved the sunsets over the marsh. The property was not completely child proof so we had to keep a close eye on the two year old. I would definitely come back.

We had a family gathering (5 adults and 2 infants) to celebrate multiple birthdays. The house accommodated everyone comfortably and was well set up. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, which we did every day. Overall a perfect venue for our celebrations.

Nice Property. A few minor problems. Top floor bedroom shower drain backs up. Right refrigerator freezer door won't open and when turning on the hot water in the upstairs bathroom sink on the right, water leaks out from the knob.

Generally, a good experience. Paradox is in an excellent location, is large and handy, but in some ways is tired. Plumbing needs some work. Water pressure in master bath not so good. Plumbing fixtures in kitchen are not in great shape.

The paradox is the best of both worlds in Wrightsville beach. Easy walk to the beach for swimming and to the bay for kayaking! Very up to date furnishings and always a relaxing time!

We stayed here over 5 days as part of a trip for a wedding and the house was amazing! There is more than enough space to hold a group of 10 of us, and the common spaces were comfortable for everyone. The patio area under the house with the swinging bed was the perfect place to hang out! It was also a short walk to the beach, which also helped us enjoy our time. Highly recommend this house to anyone!

We loved having all of our family able to stay in the home together. Close walk to the beach & beautiful view of the inlet. The only downside is having to pay to rent linens, towels, bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

The home was beautiful, one frustration... the king bedroom on the middle floor... that door handle desperately needs to be replaced! The door locks every time you close the door! Our bags were in the room and the door locked and we had to figure out a way to get back inside. This is a simple fix and should be done immediately. Other than that, the house was beautiful and comfortable. Excellent for big families or gatherings! The view is very nice!!

However, I paid extra to make sure home was cleaned during stay and was disappointed to learn that cleanliness is a matter of opinion. There were spiders and web in showers, dust everywhere, the floors were crumby and dusty, and the bed were made (subpar) which was a service I paid extra for. I would rent this home again but I would proceed with caution. I would suggest getting a new management/real estate company to manage property. Tv’s were also a bit challenging to use. Loved the quiet of the street and the location of home.

Perfect fit for all, walking distance to beach, For the surfers and and the bums, weather not the best but that’s not anyone’s fault, we had an amazing time, the house is setup for a lot of guests, we had 11 and many visitors, appliances are top line and the double fridge is great for entertaining. My mother is 92 and can’t walk stairs very well , the elevator was very helpful . If you have a big group and want to be comfortable, STAY HERE! this is a great house!! It is so cozy yet five of us had plenty of privacy. It is about a three minute walk to the beach and you can walk into town. We had an awesome time for my daughter's graduation celebration. This house was set up perfectly for entertaining. The kitchen was set up perfectly to prepare all the food and everyone had such a great time. There is always a little uncertainty with a rental. Everything we needed was there. This side of Wrightsville is our favorite and we have stayed at many homes over the years. This house had the best set up in the kitchen for entertaining which we needed even though the grill station was on the fist level. Our largest complaint was that the bikes at the home were in dis repair and any and all toys were under lock and key. I understand if they have some of their items for play off limits however any home that we have stayed in offered kayak, boogie boards for fun!! I ended up using the equipment at the home where my brother rented down the street and found it to be inconvenient. There is a public access just steps away from this home that would have been nice to use the boards or kayaks in the inlet.

We have rented this home multiple times over the years. The kitchen and living area on the top floor is perfect for our family. We would love to see new carpet in the bedrooms (severely soiled in all rooms) and perhaps new bedding. These things have not been updated over five years and show a lot of wear and tear.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The house is not only beautiful but stocked with every item you could possibly need. The kitchen is more stocked than ours at home! We loved sitting out on the porch every morning and night to watch the boats in the bay. The house also has plenty of extra blankets for those who are chilly with the amazing air conditioning!! The house also had plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella for beach use. Honestly one of the most well stocked rental properties I have ever seen!! Bryant realty was fast to respond to our requests when the televisions in the bedrooms were not working properly and got them fixed immediately! Overall an amazing vacation and would definitely stay in this property again!

The house is awesome! We had 2 families, and all were comfortable in their rooms. The Big Green Egg was a big plus for us. Nice furnishings, 2 refrigerators and a separate ice maker was a plus. Unfortunately the realty company knew when we checked in that the free standing and the fridge icemakers were both not functioning. We called almost daily. We didn't have a cube of ice all week. NOT the homeowners fault. Otherwise, we loved the location and the house!
