While in the heart of the south end, this townhome offers a bit of seclusion off to the side with your own private beach walk and parking - huge plus for those busier beach days. Wonderful vacation! My family has vacationed at Wrightsville Beach NC for over 40 summers now. We enjoy Rams unit 2, always clean, well maintained and great location close to center of Beach.
Unfortunately due to weather and we are sure other natural/weather circumstances we fight pesky ants in the kitchen area each year.
We thank your staff always so pleasant..thank you all for a wonderful vacation!

Very nice, clean place. The location is awesome, access to beach is simple and easy. Plenty of parking. The unit is roomy, but dated. Both the baths and kitchen were still sporting older fixtures and appliances. Overall a solid place to stay if you are not fussy about the age of things.

We had a lovely, relaxed beach vacation! The location of the Rams was the perfect vantage point to watch glorious sunrises, the crashing waves, people having a go at surfing or just having fun on the very healthy & active Wrightsville beach. The very best assets of the Rams were unquestionably the views & the 60 second walk to the beach! The location helped much to overlook the dated wallpaper of the interior, the LR with attractive but Very uncomfortable seating, a single bed that any back would hate in the morning, BR vertical blinds that wouldn’t open beyond 3’ & an impressive number of completely random, mismatched dishes. In closing, I was the person to secure the property for our group of cousins. The property was not a Wow, was even disappointing at times but we chose to overlook those negatives & feast on the truly wonderful positives.

This house is exactly as represented in the photos. It's an older house within steps of the beach. It has everything you need and again, you can't beat the location.

The view is phenomenal and the porch was more spacious than the pictures show. Loved being so close to the beach. The bedrooms are all quite large and the living space worked for us. Decor is nothing special but has been kept up well. Five of us were very comfortable for 8 nights and wanted to stay longer. We successfully worked and did virtual school with occasional wifi issues.

The Rams in October

The Rams was very roomy and a great location. Love Wrightsville beach in October. Beaches are empty and sunny and 80 everyday.
However, for only a few hundred dollars, the Rams could be greatly improved. Bulbs need replaced over dining table and in master bath. Rusty shower curtain rods. Only one end table (half filled up with a HUGE lamp) in the master bedroom. Mattresses very hard, could use memory foam pads. Tub mats very old. Lastly, the dresser in the master bedroom (with 4 drawers) had a sign not to use on one drawer and other drawer with no bottom. A few small improvements could make a big difference.

We loved the beachfront property location and the wonderful time we had with our family and friends! We don’t consider roaches to be our friends, however, so when I saw them the first and second days of our stay, I was pretty heebed out. We’d suggest an exterminator in the off-season.

Very good experience. This year so different from past years of course due to the COVID virus. Bryant made leasing easy and communicated via email on more than regular basis to ease our anxiety on beaches opening, government regulations, restaurant openings and rules.
My family has vacationed at Wrightsville Beach more than 40 years. We have stayed at Rams many summers, our rental home is always clean, comfortable and by far the best location on the beach!
Lots of extras under the home, including chairs, toys and a wonderful charcoal grill.
Overall an excellent experience this year.

Spent week with wife, three adult children and daughter’s boyfriend. Property came as advertised and the location, while a little close to public beach parking, had a beautiful view and great access. Older duplex unit well maintained but with few minor issues.. overall, excellent time watching God show off His sunsets over Bank’s Channel and full moon over the Atlantic.

Our vacation was great! Rams 2 is in a great location and the access to the beach is easy to manage. My only issue is that the mattresses are very firm and the pillows need to be refreshed on each bed.

Home was very comfortable, views and beach access were excellent. Wood on deck is worn, so watch out for splinters. Faucet knob on outdoor shower is corroded and sharp, needs to be replaced. But overall it was extremely comfortable and nice.

The location of this rental is perfect and the view of the ocean is magnificent. Bryant Real Estate takes very good care of their rental guests. Whenever we called with a problem they were on it right away. Great folks to work with!! However the inside of the unit is very dated and not kept up. The bathrooms need a total remodel as does the kitchen. Newer carpet would not hurt either, more stains than I could count. The location made up for the units condition. If I were to return to rent on the beach I would work with Bryant on another location.

We had a wonderful stay at Rams for a family Thanksgiving...how can you not when you have your own private path to the beach. The kitchen was small, but well equipped and the living area and bedrooms are spacious. The property is clean and nicely furnished. Bryant Realty was there wishing an hour to help us when our keyless entry wouldn’t work. They have always been helpful and easy to work with.

We will definitely be back. We all loved our stay.

This unit is in an awesome location! The views are spectacular. The unit itself is in need of an update as far as furnishings, carpet and decorations. That said, it was clean and roomy. The furniture is comfortable even thought it is a bit outdated. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker with filters, etc. A nice addition would be some salt and pepper and basic spices. We had a housekeeping issue which was taken care of immediately, great service.

We enjoyed the location and the house was perfect for our family. It is an older house but very well kept. Bryant had allowed the replacing of the A/C unit during our stay (net good)! We were notified by Bryant the Friday before the Saturday we were to arrive that it was going to take place. We figured we would get a call to schedule a time and think it might take half of a day at most. Not!!! They showed up at 8:15 AM on Tuesday and were there until about 6:00 that evening. When they left it was 85 in the House. So the house was great but i don’t think we’ll be renting the brought Bryant anytime soon. Lack of organization.

Beautiful views, great location. Our internet did not work all weekend and with 9 people at the house, it certainly put a dent in the what we were able to do. Mobile hot spots only go so far. I called about it early Friday and it wasn't until 10 am on Sunday when we were checking out that someone came to actually fix the problem. Paying full price after that inconvenience kinda puts a damper on the weekend. I would probably recommend that house to someone, I'd just tell them to make sure the internet works.

This place is oceanfront and convenient to a cute coffee shop and nice restaurant all within a short walk, as well as a few steps to the beach. We would definitely chose to stay here again. So much better than the Outer Bank!

We all enjoyed staying at the Rams. The layout was great and accommodated all of us very nicely. We knew that it wasn't updated, but it really had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was great. The property was clean, but the rug had stains and some of the quilts had stains. But, it's a beach house, and we loved staying there.

The property we stayed at was great. Love the south end of the beach. House had great number of beds. Loved the view. Only issue we had was in master bedroom blinds didn't work and chest of drawers coming apart. Would recommend this place to others. This place is close enough to the pier to go to dinner. Within 10 min. we could be to putt putt, water slides, mall, etc. Stephanie at Bryant Real Estate was a big help in many ways (thanks for going above and beyond).

The Rams property was a great location! The house was a great size for a large group and right on the beach! The furniture and decor was a little out dated but overall perfect for what we needed the space for. The rooms were set up a little awkwardly for couples but manageable.

From check-in to check-out it was a great week. Check in was smooth and easy. The house was clean and ready for us. The house is very comfortable and is right on the beach. Everything worked in the house and we had no issues. It is within steps of one our favorite restaurants: The Oceanic. WiFi was recently added to the house and it was rock solid all week. The Bryant Real Estate app was very useful, too. Check-out was just as smooth and easy as check-in. Great staff in the Bryant office.

We were very pleased with the accommodations that we had. There was more supplied in the kitchen than what we thought we would have for cooking. The beach gear that was left helped add to the fun.
The only bad thing was the mattress quality of the pull out couch. You could feel the metal in the mattress. Great stay all in all.

Overall the property was very nice and the view was amazing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We did not need A/C throughout the week because the ocean breeze was comfortable, however, the last full day we were there, it got into the 90's and we did find out that the A/C did not work so the last night was a little uncomfortable for sleeping. I would recommend this to anyone and will plan to return. (Just check the A/C when you get there).

We loved the location. The house was very good. Two issues: 1: Photos showed all three bedrooms had queen beds, one only had sleeper sofa. 2: Thought unit offered Wi-Fi. Never informed. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed.
