We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Stella Mia-Upper! Wonderful location, comfortable and chic home. The amenities were perfect for our needs and the porch was super! We appreciated the comfort, the attention to detail here, cleanliness and would love to return when the weather is warmer. Thank you, Bryant Realty, for always being a company we can count on!

The photos don't do this unit justice. It's so cozy and like a little cottage. It had plenty of room for a family gathering and we spent every morning and evening on the porch. I personally LOVED that the tv could be tucked away. The kitchen was stocked with essentials so I didn't even have to dip into my knives or extra pans. :) THANK YOU!

*** The one and only reason we would not return to this unit was because of the nosy neighbor across the street. She sat on her porch glaring at us barking orders daily (all week!) - "watch your dog", "make sure the ball doesn't come on my property", "there is a noise ordinance", etc. Our dog is 15 and stays attached to me at this point in her life. Our kids are 17, 21 and 25. They threw the football to each other in the street. She was so worried about it! One evening from 6:00 - 8:00 we had some family friends over. We didn't have outdoor music in the front ... just talking friends. The backyard neighbors were very friendly and awesome so we just spent more time back there! :)

This unit was absolutely wonderful for a long weekend with best friends! The beautifully-decorated, spacious space had all that we needed and then some, especially on a weekend filled with rain - the covered deck was PERFECT! When the sun did come out, it was only a few steps to the beach. Our experience with Bryant was simple and pleasant.

Loved the place! We were here for my daughters wedding weekend, & the space was just what we needed. The space in the lower unit was definitely not as ideal for us because of the sleeping arrangements. The bunk beds are not great for adults, and the 'sleeper sofa' was not comfortable.
I have over 25 vacation rentals in Charlotte and Ft. Lauderdale, so I'm familiar. It's always a work in progress! I would suggest knowing what your properties have. To not know if we had an iron/ironing board (we did end up getting this clarified), or even hangers in the closet was not very comforting. We were already overloaded with wedding items, so having to consider bringing items that should be, in my opinion, staples, was definitely not ideal. The beds were comfortable, and I actually liked having sheets wrapped (even though I had to make my own bed) It was nice knowing my sheets were clean! The design and decor were spot on. With all the wedding activities, we didn't end up cooking, but it seemed the kitchen had everything anyone would need. The owners did a great job creating a memorable, functional, & comfortable space. My initial experience booking was fine. I reached out on Airbnb and never heard back. I ended up calling directly and was able to book. "In my opinion", charging $200 per pet (NON-REFUNDABLE) is overkill. I get it. Some people don't pick up after their dogs, they shed everywhere, they smell, etc. Every pet owner should not have to pay for those pet owners!! You have an inspector who comes after every visit, so they should report back whether or not the guests should get their pet deposit back. We pick up everything, and our pets are well behaved, and professionally groomed. They are cleaner and better behaved than most humans. I would actually consider NOT booking again because of the astronomical pet fee. Strong cleaner used. The place was very clean, except details such as inside kitchen drawers. Overall, we LOVED this space. GREAT location, COZY!!

The owners put a lot of thought into the space and it shows from the décor, the cozy bedding, and the fully stocked kitchen! Our team works very hard to ensure our guests have the best experience possible from the minute they book until after they check out. I will say that we are extremely familiar with our properties and are in them very often. When our staff is asked things about whether hangers will be present in advance, that is not something we can answer since those items walk off quickly between guests and can't be guaranteed by the time you arrive. Hangers are not something we require our owners to provide. Should you ever have any specific questions about what is in a unit, our staff can go to the unit and verify for you like we did with the ironing board! We have stocked items at the beach office should you ever need something that is required to be there. As for the pet fees, they are standard fees in this industry - it covers the wear and tear of pets, like regular carpet cleaning, furniture or flooring replacement, extra cleaning, etc. We would love to have you visit us again next time you visit the area - give us a call should you have any questions. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loving both the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. The decor is inviting and warm, retaining the charm of this older house, while the interior and furnishings have all been updated. We felt so at home!
The kitchen is well-equipped, having everything we needed. We especially liked the coffee bar in the mornings! The deck is perfect for catching the breeze and some afternoon sun. There is also a sound system!
The rental is a very short walk to the beach, with no streets to cross. It's also an easy walk to the pier, and shopping and restaurants.
We were fortunate to meet the owners of the property. They couldn't have been nicer, and really cared that we were enjoying their rental! Highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be back!!

“Stella Mia Upper” offers a chic design that is very welcoming and makes for a very comfortable vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing daily meals and provides a realistic space to accommodate various living styles. A little breakfast table in the kitchen is great for casual meals or a quick breakfast before hitting the beach. The living and dining areas are combined, making this a perfect space to connect with family and friends. The simplistic and charming décor is minimalistic but makes a large impact! A smart TV can be lowered into a custom cabinet so that the natural light and deck are not blocked when it is not in use.

There is a wonderful deck off the living room that is furnished with a small outdoor dining set and outdoor sofas. String lights create a nice ambiance in the evenings and are sure to entice you outdoors. The first guest bedroom has a plush king-size bed and convenient touches to ensure comfort. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed which makes this property perfect for singles, couples, or small families. The third bedroom offers a cozy twin-sized bed.

Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles. There is one off street parking space in the driveway to the left of the garage. Property comes with one on-street parking pass available for a total of 2 parking spots. On street parking first comes first serve. Garage is not included with rental.
Pet Policy: Pets Considered. Pets are negotiable with non-refundable fee and refundable security deposit. Owner Approval Required.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
