Julie McMahan is our General Manager. After graduating from UNCW, she loved the area and made it her home. She has been with Bryant Real Estate since 2002. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Brian and their son Brian.

Morgan joined Bryant Real Estate in the summer of 2020 as a Reservations Specialist after moving back to the Wilmington area.  Morgan received her NC Real Estate License in 2021 and has taken the role of Senior Manager of Guest Services and Reservations in our Carolina Beach location.  Attending college at UNCW and vacationing in the area as a child, she is very familiar with our beach communit

Marye is our Wrightsville Beach Hospitality Manager who has been with us since March of 2015. Although she is from Wilmington originally, she has lived in several different cities and states.

Mike joined the Bryant Real Estate team in February of 2018 and is primarily out of our Carolina Beach office, where he has resided for 4 years.  Originally from Massachusetts, Mike was a cook for 14 years prior to getting into the carpentry and maintenance trade.  Mike is known for always being on the move, no down time for this guy!  When he's not helping out owners and vacationers at Bryant,
