The first living level of this beautiful cottage has a very convenient floor plan that lends itself well to travelers. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other featuring a twin and queen bed, have a shared Jack and Jill bathroom ensuring each guest has convenient access and privacy. There is half a bathroom across from the middle bedroom on this level that is useful for both visitors as well as occupants of the middle bedroom. The third bedroom on this level has a queen bed and a private full bathroom. Lastly, there is a junior primary suite on this level that overlooks the large wrap around deck and ocean beyond. This suite features a private on suite bathroom and a cozy king-sized bed. The living area is furnished with a large comfy sectional sofa, flat screen TV with streaming service, and opens to a magnificent oceanfront covered porch with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a small galley complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer for added convenience.

The upper and lower levels of this home are connected by an exterior covered staircase and can be accessed from the sound or ocean sides of the home. There is also an elevator off the kitchen that gives direct access between the upper and lower level of this home in addition to the exterior stairwell that can be used to navigate between the floors. The elevator can also be accessed from the ground floor foyer and is a convenient feature for guests, groceries, and luggage!

The second living level of this home features a spacious open floor plan with impressive views. Designed to accommodate large family gatherings, the combination living-dining-kitchen area is the perfect place to host your loved ones while taking in the fantastic ocean views. There is a half bath and wet bar beside the living room and a great conversational area that makes hosting a delight! Family dining can take place inside or on the covered porch overlooking the ocean, or down by the pool, as well as overlooking the sunset for smaller groups. The primary bedroom is also located on this main living level of the home and is a private oasis complete with a private spa like bathroom, walk in closet, and washer/dryer.

We got off to a ruff start after checking in. There were several things that weren’t properly maintained. After several phone calls to Bryant Real Estate the areas of concern were fixed. They were very prompt to respond and get it right.

Blake Cottage has a lot of space, beautiful views, and good amenities. We enjoyed the pool immensely. The decor is worn, but the house functions well for a group.

It is serviced weekly during the summer to ensure it's in tip top shape for renters. I will make note about your feedback on the décor and pass along to the owner. She did just replace all of the decks on all levels of the house which took half the year to complete so updates may be delayed for a bit after that large upgrade project. We loved our week spent at Bryant cottage. The split upstairs and downstairs with no interior steps was a little odd at first but we got used to it. The location is fabulous and it was a nice convenience to have the pool to splash in as well as the beach. The wrap around porch is amazing. Would rent again for sure.

Excellent location. Nicely appointed and laid out. Hot tub and pool were clean. Only downside was the bait and switch feeling of having to pay for linens. Just include the expense in the initial offering.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! Our property descriptions highlight linens are not included on short stays. There is a fixed cost associated with this and the owner absorbs it on longer stays, however, we are currently working to have this fixed cost show up before booking for short stays to alleviate this concern. Our hope had been to keep cost low on the short stays so you only get the linens you need. However, once this switch is made, all linens will be provided on all stays.

Overall, we had a great time. A couple of features of this house which we enjoy are the high level open porches on both the east and west sides of the house. It would have been better had the pool filtration system been working. A couple of past houses we have had were closer to the south inlet, where we like to walk.

The house was beautiful! Great oceanfront location and a quick walk to bars and restaurants. We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room! We were very comfortable. The only way you can get from the top floor to the bottom floor is from walking outside or taking the elevator. Both are easy but we did not realize prior to arrival that there were no interior stairs. The house was very clean! The kitchen had everything you need to make meals at home!

Came down for a quick family, fall weekend with nine adults. This house has ample room for a large group. It is a true duplex with no interior access between the top and bottom floor. The pool was uncovered but too cold to use on a chilly weekend. It is about a half mile to the Wrightsville beach shops, bars & restaurants which could be a quick walk or bike ride.

The view is fabulous and we were steps to the beach. The construction next door was not too bad but it is a bit disconcerting to see the workers while we are in the pool. House was in good condition and having coffee on the porch cannot be beat! Bryant Real Estate was very solicitous and concerned that we were satisfied with our stay.

We loved the house and the location, but were very disappointed with the construction noise next door. All day long there were loud trucks and banging. Had we known there was a house being built, we would have chosen a different property (especially since the rental was nearly $10,000).

This place is breath taking !!! The house has everything you can imagine . The views from the front & rear decks are spectacular . There also seems to be a view from all the windows as well . The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of room with the dining room . The way the house is layed out is really well planned !! Party on the top level with stunning views . Decks for sunrise and sunset really beautiful . The beach access is fantastic ,the pool and hot tub area are really nice as is the area they are in !! Could use the option of heating the pool. This place is so very relaxing !! Hope to visit this property again .

We've spent a lot of time in Wrightsville over the years, but have never rented a house, so we were pretty nervous about it. However, the wonderful team at Bryant Real Estate made picking and reserving the right home a stress-free and easy experience! They were super patient with all my questions, and were very knowledgable about all of the properties and the amenities each had to offer. They were truly a joy to work with!
Once we arrived, both my husband and I were very impressed with the property. It's literally the PERFECT location! Close enough to walk to the main strip, but far enough that the beach isn't crowded with public access people. Also, it's beach front on a quiet one-way street right near the yacht club, so you don't get tons of noisy traffic. The house was beautiful and well-kept, and you can tell that the new owner has put a lot of thought and effort into making sure that guests have everything they need. And the VIEWS---I can't say enough about the views! Panoramic ocean view from the beach side of the house, gorgeous sweeping sunset views from the front porch sound side of the house! This was such a pleasant surprise, and the pictures really don't do the views justice at all.
We especially loved the pool (which is much bigger in person), hot tub, and very short path to the beach since we brought our 6month-old son with us. The pool made those muggy hot days much easier to deal with, and the vast decks gave us plenty of places to relax and hang out. The set-up was ideal for people with little ones! We really only used the top floor most of the time, but we had family and friends come stay for a couple of days, and with them staying on the 2nd floor it was practically a whole other apartment, so we didn't even know they were there half the time! I can't say enough good things about this property and Bryant Real Estate. Pick this for your next getaway, you won't be sorry!
