"Carolina Comfort - Lower" has a King bed in the oceanfront primary bedroom with on suite bathroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, two twins in the third and two sets of bunkbeds in the fourth. All of these are on the same level. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently updated, and the deck is so big that you'll want to spend all of your time outdoors. This home has Streaming TV only, and a charcoal grill is provided. You'll also enjoy rinsing the salt and sand away in the outdoor shower.

Don't miss a spectacular sunrise, the awesome donuts at Britt's, watching for playful dolphins, Thursday night fireworks on the beach or the Saturday Farmer's Market at the Lake. You'll want to immerse yourself in the myriad of activities offered on Pleasure Island. If it rains, head down south the the Fort Fisher Aquarium, or check out the historical site. Maybe you want to take a ferry ride over to Southport for the day, or perhaps go hiking in the maritime forest of Carolina Beach State Park. Parking: Parking for three vehicles on the left side of the property with the Bryant Real Estate Sign.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation.

Overall

This is second year staying here. We love this property though I wish it were a bit cleaner. The floors had bottoms of feet black in 3 minutes. Bedspread had some substance on it in one room. Seems it could use a deep cleaning and maybe a new fridge; that said we will return as it could not be more perfectly located!

This was my family's first stay in Carolina Beach and overall we were happy with the location and house. My only complaints are the house wasn't very clean as there were bugs on the floor in the living room and bathrooms and some beach sand so it's obvious it wasn't vacuumed well and the trash compactor was filled with old recycled items. Also, two of the three toilets had not been cleaned well as there were ring stains in both. Finally, one of the bedroom doors wouldn't close all the way which was inconvenient for my in-laws.
