“Endless Summer” is a fantastic condo located in the desirable Wrightsville Dunes complex that will leave you wishing that your vacation could last forever! This third-floor property is an end unit that offers spectacular ocean views, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and access to all the amenities that make Wrightsville Dunes a family friendly destination.

The master suite is a true oasis that offers tons of space and privacy! A large king bed, ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks, and a sitting area that overlooks the marsh – this room is a great place to escape for some relaxation. Just outside of the master bedroom is a hall bathroom with a glass walk in shower that services the neighboring twin guest room. The twin bedroom is furnished with two twin beds – a great place for kids or for additional guests!

A little further down the hall is a staircase that leads to the top floor guest room that feels more like a second master bedroom! There is a cozy queen bed, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom that boasts a glass walk in shower and his and hers sinks. Grab a pair of binoculars or a book and unwind from the day.

Just past the stairwell you will find the renovated kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Outfitted with a large farmhouse sink that is equipped with a garbage disposal, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler – this kitchen makes cooking family meals a breeze. The unique horseshoe design of the kitchen enables it to be accessed from the hall or the main living room which increases the function and flow of this beautiful home. The is a dining area is situated in the great room to ensure that flows seamlessly from the kitchen and can seat up to six people. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair, beautiful décor, a smart TV, and gives the most spectacular views.

Kick back and relax on the sofa for a family movie night, escape to your spacious room to catch up on your favorite book, soak in the sunshine on the ocean front balcony while the waves crash in the background, or enjoy the two outdoor pools. The Wrightsville Dunes complex has pristine manicured grounds, three private beach accesses, spectacular sunset views over the marsh and a tennis court. This is the perfect location that you and your family have been looking for!

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Seasonal parking fees may apply and will be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) labelled for the specific building and unit. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Occupancy: 6.
Stay Restrictions: Friday to Friday rental in Summer. Minimum of 2-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins.
Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Second year at Wrightsville Dunes. After checking out nearly every other location on Wrightsville Beach, this is the best. Best amenities, quietist part of the beach, and the largest beach. Excellent for families or those who want some peace. From the well equipped kitchen and cozy seating area to the wonderful sleeping areas, this condo has just about everything you need. Bring your beach towels and toys and you are on your way. The kitchen has everything you need (we usually bring our own pans and knives) to cook whatever you want. The view is incredible—sunrises from the first and second floor (and balcony) and sunsets from the back door and back bedroom. Located on the 3rd floor, bring your binoculars to watch the dolphins in the ocean. The elevator is quite handy to wheel your cart down to the parking lot and beach.

This cute condo has the perfect view of the beach! It’s very spacious and clean. It’s seriously the perfect location to relax. We had an amazing view of lightening one evening from the balcony!
