Description

Situated on the top level of the Paradise Tower condo complex, "As Good As It Gets" offers spectacular views of the ocean. The top floor condo is located across the street from the ocean and offers an oceanfront pool with access to an outdoor shower and restroom facilities. The Spartanburg public beach access (Lifeguard station 9) is directly next to the oceanfront pool for easy access onto the beach. The elevator offers a convenient ride to the sixth level when your legs cannot take the stairs from the beachcombing, surfing, and fishing that you've experienced at the beach all day.

As you enter the condo, you will find a Queen bedroom on the left with a bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway. The hallway leads you to the kitchen where you will find all of your cooking essentials and a Keurig to get you going in the morning. The living room offers updated furniture and ample seating to take in the view from the expansive slider. The slider door opens up to a large deck that spans the living room and primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed and en suite bathroom.

Paradise Tower is an oceanfront condominium complex located just a few short blocks to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Paradise Tower is directly across the street from the ocean with public beach access and includes an elevator for easy access to the condos and private shared lot parking. Your reservation also includes access to the Paradise Tower oceanfront full-size swimming pool, outdoor shower and private restroom facilities.

"As Good As It Gets" is just a few short blocks from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, local shops, restaurants, and the Carolina Beach Lake Park . You will want to plan a visit to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk for Thursday evening fireworks and free Sunday evening movies outside at Carolina Beach Lake!

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

The view from the living room and large balcony was outstanding. The location was great. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all needed dishes, cookware, and utensils. The sitting area in the living room was a bit uncomfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. There was no hot water at the sink, which made me wonder if the dishwasher had hot water.

Great, quiet, condo on top floor Corner! Deck with amazing views of the beach and perfect spot for watching the fireworks down at the boardwalk! Great location in walking distance to everything! Full kitchen with everything you need to eat in.

We enjoyed every minute at the "As Good As It Gets" condo. The title says it all. The propery management was very professional and the location was wonderful with great views! We will book again in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view really was as good as it gets! The rental was clean, and the location is great! The condo also has pool access, a outside shower access and the beach is so close! It’s also within walking distance to the boardwalk which we enjoyed. I’d definitely recommend! The ONLY negative thing I have to say is the air conditioner isn’t very cool. If you like your room temperature cooler, you will probably be disappointed.

"As Good As It Gets" lived up to its name. This unit had all the comforts of home in an oceanfront unit, including a Keurig machine. It was clean and wonderfully decorated. Most of all, the ocean views on the deck couldn't be beat! My time there was heavenly. My brother and sister-in-law enjoyed it, too. Another strong point was its location. It was close to Carolina Beach Lake, the Boardwalk, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property to other family members looking for an accessible unit close to the beach.
