Plan your next vacation to "Hooked On Swordfish"! This upscale four bedroom, three bath duplex has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. Just three short blocks to the ocean, you can enjoy fun days at the beach and relax by the pool in the evening.

The main level has a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a spacious living and a dining room that leads out to your private deck overlooking the pool. The third level is where you will find the primary bedroom suite with King bed, spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and an additional bedroom with Queen bed and bath. The first floor has a street side bedroom with a Double bed and pyramid bunk bed (Twin over Double) and an additional Queen bedroom with private deck.

"Hooked on Swordfish" shares a fenced in pool with the duplex. For larger family groups that would like to be close to one another please ask about renting the adjoining unit, "Southern Swordfish", for a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms!

While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Only a few miles south to the Ft. Fisher Historic Museum, the Civil War battleground and the NC Aquarium. Make plans to visit Carolina Beach today!

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Requirements: Friday to Friday rental in summer. Minimum of two night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Full, 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin over Full)
Parking: Parking for three vehicles - one under carport, two driveway
Prohibited: Grills, Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

This home is beautiful, clean, spacious, and nicely equipped with everything you could ever need! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Nice size beds and plenty of privacy. The private inground pool is perfect and the icing on the cake! love this place and am thankful to the owners for sharing it!

Our stay was awesome. The property was beautiful clean and not far from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of supplies to make our cooking experience easy. I wished the outside shower worked so we could rinse off after the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Private (shared with C043) pool, 4 large spacious bedrooms, 3 large furnished balconies that overlook the pool, and the open common areas on the middle floor, Hooked on Swordfish offers large families to enjoy one another while having that space to spread out and relax. Did you check out the ocean view from the master bedroom on the top floor? Walk out on the balcony and you will see over the houses and trees an absolutely breathtaking view of the ocean.
