Styled to embody a fisherman’s cottage, the condo sports nostalgic area décor with soft touches throughout and all the comforts of home. The first guest room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and provides access to an exterior deck that overlooks the waterway and boat slip. Kick your feet up and take in the peaceful sunset over the waterway in the evenings. A second guest room with two twin beds also shares access to the sound side deck. The laundry room can be accessed through the twin guest room and offers additional storage space for guests. The hall bathroom serves the guest rooms and features a tiled combination shower tub and an incredible hand painted mural that captures the essence of the home and Wrightsville Beach.

Enjoy cooking up the days fresh catch in the charming country style kitchen. With plenty of space to prepare meals and an open bar that faces the dining and living room area you will never feel cut off from your family or the fun in this kitchen. The dining table features a leaf and can expand to allow for a traditional family meal and there is additional bar seating for guests if needed. The living room features vaulted ceilings, large picture windows, and provides access to the ocean facing deck that overlooks the pool. Appreciate your morning coffee with ocean views and warm glowing rays of sun. A spacious primary suite with private bathroom, cozy king-sized bed, and sliding glad door that leads to the ocean side deck makes a wonderful retreat at the end of a long sun filled day.

The beach access is a 2-minute walk from the condo and easy to access, so this home offers the best of both worlds!

The Cordgrass Bay complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) for the specific building and unit. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. There is a community dock that guests may fish from but private property, such as boats, is not to be touched or otherwise disturbed.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, Pets, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Boat Slip, Keyless Entry, Community Pool, Tennis Court, Pickle Ball Court, Beach and Tennis Equipment, Sound and Ocean View.
