The kitchen offers a bar for additional seating and seamlessly flows into the open dining and living area. A large sectional sofa makes a perfect place to relax in the evenings or for an afternoon siesta. Grab a cup of coffee and head out to the deck to watch a spectacular sunrise. Wake up each morning with expansive views of the crystal-clear waters showcased by a large sliding glass door in the spacious primary suite. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Seasonal parking fees may apply and will be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

The location was nice, but the floors at the condo are very dirty if you walk barefoot.
One of the bathrooms sink was clogged.

Our overall experience was really good, despite the elevator not working. Loved the location, the unit could use some updating, but otherwise it was fine. Loved that there were no crowds and it was peak season. That was nice. Parking is an issue as I am sure you know. I am grateful we got a discount for the elevator not working because is was a real problem in that I am awaiting knee surgery & my brother in law could not come because he is in a wheelchair. We chose the unit because of the elevator. The staff was most friendly and helpful & I would stay again in this unit. Thank you.

The location is ideal and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. The condo was a little grubby. There were stains on the bedding and couch and the master bathroom smelled a bit like a public restroom. The wallpaper was peeling. With just a few improvements and deep clean, this condo would be much better. The elevator was not working while we were there, making it a challenge for our older guest to go places.

The owner is in the process of updating the unit and the condo association is in the process of repairing the elevator. The space in the condo worked great for our group. It is dated, but functional. I wish the kitchen was better stocked with pot/pans. What was available was not very good. This was the first place we have stayed in Wilmington that did not offer beach chairs and toys. Besides that, we loved to condo, the view, and the beach. I would stay there again.

The unit was just carpet cleaned and the owner is replacing the bedroom carpeting with laminate flooring soon and installing Smart TVs as well so there are some exciting upgrades for this unit. We love the Wrightsville Dunes condos. We've stayed in almost every building over the past 20+ years. This condo is great because there's a lobby code AND a door code so no keys to lose. The condo is dated compared to others. The queen room showers "screamed" when used (not the master). The area behind the furniture (beds, couches, chairs, etc.) was very dirty. Previous guests had left items, lots of dust, and dirt. The blinds in the master bedroom no longer work and are falling apart so no sleeping in on vacation. The price was amazing though. We did have to reset the wi-fi and the ice maker after 24 hours. We were concerned about the dryer lint trap because it wasn't visible. We had to climb on a chair to empty it. It was dangerously full. A note should be placed on the dryer in the future to reduce the risk of a fire. Limited cookware. The unit was clean on the surface. Just be aware updates are needed if you rent. We arrived late and received a call from Bryant to make sure we knew how to access our rental pack. Great service!

Great unit, lots of room for our group of 7 adults. Great property and beach access. The only negative, and it is a big one, is that you only get 2 parking passes. We had 3 cars and this was a big issue. Anything over 2 cars has to park in the adjacent public parking area that costs $5/hour, $25/day. The public parking fills up fast too. And we were there late September. All of the condos on the property were not full, so there were plenty of empty spaces while we were there. Would not stay here again because of the parking issues!

Glad to hear you enjoyed the Myers condo, Elizabeth! Wrightsville Dunes has several private beach accesses and private parking which is great for the busy summer. We do advertise openly that you are given two parking passes and arrangements should be made for additional cars - parking off the island is best in a public lot that you can shuttle back to if needed so you don't need to spend that extra amount in the paid lot. The parking is heavily monitored by the HOA and regardless if there are open spots, the property owners own those assigned spots with their unit. The condo is great and has a wonderful ocean view that makes it worth coming back for! Hope to see you again next time.

Great location. In fact, this condo could be great. . .but it's not. The owner doesn't care. I don't know if the carpet has EVER been replaced. Furniture was old and dingy. Main kitchen light wouldn't come on. Kitchen was sparse. The beach water sulfur smell was almost unbearable. I've rented from Bryant before with no issues. They should reconsider representing this condo until upgrades are made. I would not return to this property, which is a shame, as the location and layout are great. Just needs serious TLC, better cleaned, better maintained, better stocked up, etc.

We heavily rely on guest feedback to encourage our owners to make improvements to the properties and I will be sure to pass your comments along. We work closely with the owners in the offseason to make improvements, so thank you! The carpet is regularly carpet cleaned and we also regularly do kitchen inventory. It may be a bit sparse after the back to back summer rentals this season so I have made a note to get in there to stock it back up with required items and enough items for the occupancy. The ocean view from this third floor unit is certainly one for the books so it is a shame you didn't like the rest of the unit! We have a large inventory of other properties, many in Wrightsville Dunes as well if you are willing to give our company another chance. Condo was not very clean. Our feet were filthy the first night. Kitchen light had a short in it. It would come on when it wanted to. Master bathroom light was out. Light bulbs were in kitchen pantry. Changed bulb but light did not come on. Called maintenance, he came and said bulbs in pantry were no good. He changed it and it worked. Handle on shower door in master bath came loose. Husband screwed it back on. Master bedroom close smelled really bad. Pans were very old and not very many there. The pool was in bad shape. Paint peeling on the bottom and did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The last couple of days it was closed for maintenance. They were actually putting water and chemicals in it. There was another pool but it was quite the walk. We have been coming to Wrightsville Beach and staying in condos for 18-19 years. We had never stayed in this unit. I would have thought after business being slow due to the pandemic, that equipment and everything would be ready to go. But this was definitely not the case. The folks at the rental office were very accommodating and super friendly.

The location is priceless. We as a family love Wrightsville Beach. Due to Covid-19 we had minimal interaction with anyone on the property. The condo is quite spacious and great for a large family. Some of the furnishings are a bit dated and the screen door was broken, but the stove and microwave were replaced while we were there so they may be working on updating. The only issues with cleanliness were the dishes and utensils. Several needed cleaning prior to use and had food residue on them. Dishwasher is newer as well, so recommend just verifying that what's in cabinet is actually clean. Overall a good place to bring the family.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights and the accommodations were very nice. The location was great and the view was amazing. The only glitch was the water had an odor that never fully went away. If the water didn't smell the stay would have been perfect. That is why I did not give 5 stars for every category.

Great condo for our family to rent for a week. Unit was large in size and a wonderful ocean-front view. The Kitchen was stocked w plenty of dishes, utensils, & cookware. Mattresses were comfortable, and the sofa was great. Plenty of deck furniture. Three bathrooms were nice though many persons share one of the bathrooms. Including four individuals in the loft. No bathroom in the loft so up/down the circular stairs. Overall furnishings were nice. Although the unit was great, a few issues follow. -- The fabric on the dining room chairs were very dirty and stained, and several were wobbly. Preexisting conditions that the owner and Realty Co should have noticed. Would they use the stained chairs? -- A lamp in the large living room was missing compared to preview pictures. Not a significant issue, but the large living room area only had one lamp on a side table. Dim lighting at night. We bought a lamp. Several of the bath towels provided by rental co were stained. Realty Co should expect clean no stained towels. Finally, when we had questions about the unit before our stay, or comments and requests during our stay, most went unanswered or reply pointed to owner. A simple question regarding the height of the master bed was unanswered after several requests and suggestions to obtain info. How easy for staff to measure the height and advise agent for reply to proposed renter. Upon arrival we changed the placement of platform and mattress with a "very" helpful realty employee. Done. Replies that owner is responsible was frustrating. We had high expectations that a great rental company would have noticed the condition of the chairs and told the owner to clean repair them. The Rental Co employees should walk thru and assess the condition of units before agreement to rent owner or before renting. Tip: carefully preview pictures of the rental unit. Furnishings, overall size and layout of unit, size of bedrooms, bathroom(s), what's missing, etc.

The water smells and tastes terrible so we used bottled water and took quick showers
There was no controller for the blu-Ray player
And the lamp in the living room did not work

Beach water isn't known for the "best water" but sometimes there is more we can do. A few of our homes have upgraded to Reverse Osmosis water treatment systems. We had a wonderful time at the beach but the house could have used a run through before it was rented.
The only reason I wouldn't recommend it to a friend is because of the repairs needed on the refridgerator and washer/dryer.

Great Place - Frustrating Experience

As you can see from the high ratings for the conventional qualities that this condo was a pleasant place to stay; however, we could not fully enjoy it. The condo is located on the top floor and the roof directly above us was being re-shingled every day except Sunday. The incessant loud construction noise would awaken us and drove us away for the day.
The balcony was made unusable because the view was usually blocked by a blue tarp across the balcony or made unusable by the accumulation of roof debris on the deck. Having rented houses and condos elsewhere, we were not prepared for the number of things that needed to be addressed - purplish-brown water and sewage smell of the hot water (the smell never disappeared), the need to bring in cases of drinking water, 2 days to make the cable TV work, a kitchen that only had soap, no extra trash bags. Normally these things (and toilet paper) are left for the next tenant as we did. To their credit, management was very responsive in solving our problems but why, with so few people using these units, why weren't they prepped better.

Wrightsville Beach is a terrific location for our visit from Chicago but this is the second year we have had this experience with construction - last year it was jack hammers in concrete. To pay a seasonal rate to only use the condo after construction hours will make us look elsewhere next year. So to answer the the question, "Overall, were you satisfied with your stay" I will say, renter beware.

Regrettably, when you booked, the schedule we had for the construction would not have impacted your stay as they anticipated being completed before your arrival. However, as we got closer to your arrival, the work had not been completed. While we know you understand some things are not in our control, we realize that regardless your stay was not as you or we had hoped. Meyers is a third floor unit with a great view of the ocean and very close to beach access and pools. I have to say the folks at Bryant Realty were exceptional with their communication and assistance when our washer broke down. I cannot say enough about their responsiveness to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay, they are 5 star worthy. The only negatives I can say are with the state of the unit itself. The washing machine had standing water in it and as mentioned earlier broke down and overflowed during our stay. The dining room table had several worn and rickety chairs that need replacing, there is also a countertop bar but oddly enough only one bar stool??? I assume the other stool broke at some point and was not replaced. The sliding glass door does not latch properly and the screen attached is missing parts and barely stays on track. The master shower door was inoperable on one side and the circular staircase carpet was in dire need of cleaning or replacement, the same with the handrail. A good coat of paint would go along way in hiding the wear on the railings. Its a shame because with a little upgrading this would be a great rental. Overall it was an ok experience, the unit is very spacious and with 4 kids on spring break it fit our needs but if your are somewhat OCD like me these fixable issues make it less appealing especially for the money. You could look else where and find a better value for the price.

For the most part it was good. However on arrival the water was black coming out of the garden tub in the bathroom and kitchen sink. The water had a strong sulfur smell. it cleared up but in midweek the water was black again. Called for maintenance and apparently the water to the building had been cut off by the city. Also the cable and Wifi was not working apron arrival, The patio chairs where wet for most of our stay and cushions needed to be replaced. The most problematic issue was the parking. We had more that two cars for our family and this made our stay very difficult for other family members.

We enjoyed the beach but were disappointed in the condo for the amount of money paid. Kitchen needs to be update! Went without a dishwasher for more than half of out stay. With 7 people thats a long time to have to hand wash dishes. The kitchen is poorly stocked. Not enough dishes pots / pans ect. Only 2 tv's master and main room. Their needs to be tv's in each room and in the loft for those who are staying up there. Bar stools are wicker and falling apart. We did not feel safe using them. When I booked this condo I asked alot of questions about the kitchen because we cook the whole time we are on vacation. The agency was not forthcoming. We will not rent here again. When I reported the dishwasher not working my call was not returned. I had to call back the next day and request to talk to a manager. On Thursday (they day we actually went out to dinner) the washer was replaced. We checked out on Sat. am

Space was nice for 8-10 people but unit was not clean, not enough glasses, soup/cereal bowls, etc for the unit.Had to keep everything washed to use next day.When we checked in we were told there was a broken glass on the coffee table but it had been cleaned up.There were still shards of glass on the table and some that had landed on a foot granddaughter placed her hand on the foot stool to move it and was cut;had to be taken to urgent care.Her hand was swollen, turned blue & had to have x-rays to make sure the glass was not still in her hand.I told management what happened and that the unit was dirty and they blew it off.Looked like no one has stayed in the unit for a very long daughter found bag of crackers in her bedroom that had been there a long comment from management on issue either.

The condo was very spacious. We had ages 1 - 99 and all were very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed, kitchen was fully stocked. We cook most of ours meals in and the condo had everything we needed. The beach access is a far walk. Parking was also an issue, we were only allowed two spaces. We had family members in 4 cars and had to pay for 2 cars to park in the Public Access.

The condo was very clean, well furnished with adequate kitchen set up. The balcony is large with great unobstructed ocean views and very private from other guests in other condos. Bryant Real Estate Property Management was very professional and accommodating.

We had a great stay at Wrightsville Beach. This was our first time renting a condo and it went extremely well. The staff at Bryant Realty had everything prepared and the condo was perfect.

Pros - awesome location, comfortable and fuctional condo. Had a great time with family. Pool is a plus, Kids had a great time!
Cons - at arrival floors were sandy and sticky, lot of dirt underneath living room furniture; 'outside' showe never worked and hose provided was cracked from sun exposure. Reported to office staff who passed the ball to homeowners assoc but never got fixed. Sand inevitable in condo's showers..... staircase to upstairs loft is an accident waiting to happen if you have small toddlers.... kept us on our toes as we had kids ranging from 2 - 11 years. Hall and bathroom rugs should be provided as floors very slippery when returning frrom beach.

We booked the Myers property for the location and the ability to sleep 10 people that the loft provided. We were very happy with Bryant working to rectify many issues that this property has. It is in need of a serious update. There was only one counter stool and it looked like it was about to break. So there was really only eating space for 7 people. The loft is extremely under furnished. There is no tv up there. If you didn't need a bigger space with a loft I would rent one of the other properties at Wrightsville Dunes. The water in the tub in the master bedroom runs black at first. I am assuming that this is because it is rarely used since it is oversized.

My family has been coming to Wrightsville Beach and renting from Bryant for over 35 years. I can only remember a few occasions where we had something wrong and when we did, they were quick to fix it. This stay was great too. I wish the Myers place would get an update, it needs it, but we love the elevator, the pool, the location, and the space for all of us.

My husband and I took our 4 grandchildren (ages 16, 14,14 &12)for a fun-filled week at Wrightsville Beach. The condo suited us perfectly with plenty of room for all. All the kids chose to sleep in the loft although there were other bedrooms to choose from. The MBR was lovely, with views of the ocean and away from the other bedrooms. The unit was clean, comfortable and up to date. My 93 year old mother in law was able to join us for some meals because of easy access with the elevator. It was well equipped with plenty of room to cook and serve a large group. We enjoyed fishing at Mercer Pier at night after a long day of swimming and surfing. Highly recommend Indo Jax for surfing lessons, and recommend Bryan R.E. for a professional, enjoyable rental experience.
