Description

Everybody loves a rental with a water feature, and this one has two! "Pool Oasis" is just so darn cool that you won't want to get out of the pool. *The pool is open from April 15 - October 15 and the hot tub is available year round!* Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and only a few blocks to the beach, this 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is sure to make your heart sing. It’s perfect for a family or two trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and it will sleep up to 16 if you want to bring the whole family. With its seven royal palm trees, six-person hot tub and one of the largest private pools on the island with an 8' high water slide for the kids, you won't want to leave.

Imagine the luxury of having a one of the largest private pools on the island to yourself. If that's not enough, hop in the hot tub for a relaxing soak and watch your troubles slip away. There's ample decking and patio areas in the fenced in back yard for grilling out, socializing, sunning, sitting around the stone firepit, or making loads of great memories. Pool hours are 7:00AM to 11:00PM. The Town of Carolina Beach has quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., so please be aware of the noise created when gathering in the outside areas as the sound carries. Please adhere to the pool and quiet hours as this property is located in a residential area. Bryant Real Estate will not tolerate partying, rowdy behavior, violations of the local noise ordinance, or in police activity at the property. Any disturbance or abuse of the property may result in an expedited eviction; should we have to proceed with the eviction process there will not be a refund of rental monies paid towards your vacation per the terms of our contract. The home features two full kitchens and living areas with four smart TVs (65", 60", 55", and 32") with premium channels, a DVD player and even two Keurig coffee machines. There are 5 Queen size beds, 2 Full size beds, and 1 full bunk bed.

While in the area be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Take a stroll around the lake, which features farmers markets, paddleboats, festivals, and Sunday movie nights in the park. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience all this and more here in Carolina Beach!

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Parking: Parking for seven vehicles in driveway.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

The homes is absolutely beautiful. I was shocked by how beautiful this home is. The bathrooms where spotless. The kitchens where great. The hot tub had sand in it. But nothing that we couldn't clean. Very very impressed...Thank you for having us.

So great! Just a couple things that would have taken it to five stars: 1) a Brita filter. The water was gross and I get that the fridge waters break a lot so you might not want that in a rental. A Brita would have been nice. 2) The board games were missing pieces, disorganized, etc. My kids were excited to play but very few of the games actually had the required pieces. It's the kind of thing you wouldnt notice as a rental company but affected the quality of our stay. 3) Almost every pool toy/float was broken. The boogie boards were split. There were several floats but they were missing the piece you need to sit on them. I think the floats that were there were fine. Just replace the boards and toss the broken floats. 4) sand toys would have been really nice. Most beach rentals we have stayed at have a bunch of beach toys so we don't have to bring our own. We only found one broken bucket. An assortment of plastic beach toys would be cheap but would go a long way. Things we loved: 1) the pool was deep and amazing. We spent so much time there! The slide was such a blast! 2) the whole outdoor space was awesome. We used the grill and the picnic table, and of course the pool. The seating was comfy and there was lots of it, and there was plenty of shade. 3) the kitchens were super well stocked, albeit disorganized. Every tool we needed was there. Even better, so many spices! It's the worst when you have to pay for expensive spices at a rental so we really appreciated that. 4) there were a million towels and they were wrapped in plastic, so we knew which ones were old and soggy and what would be new and dry. It was really convenient. We would stay here again if we came back to CB!

The beds were so comfortable, and the upstairs kitchen, wow, I could have lived in that kitchen.

A few things should of been better for the price. However, this place is beautiful and the perfect size for a big family. The outside is PERFECT. The beds were so comfortable, and the upstairs kitchen, wow, I could have lived in that kitchen. The housekeepers could of did a better job, under the beds and dressers were disgusting, and a few other things. My family had an amazing visit to Carolina Beach, we will definitely be back, and we will definitely be booking this home again. We appreciate you opening up your home to us. It was an amazing trip.

The property was just as described and pictured. Hands down the best thing about the property was the pool. The beds all slept wonderful! When we arrived on property all sheets and towels/wash cloths are wrapped in a sealed plastic which is reassuring that all sheets have been cleaned. You are not able to walk to the beach from this property, but it is a small car ride away. We enjoyed our mornings at the beach and evenings/night at the house by the pool. The double kitchen and living room surely came in handy as we had lots of family in one house. It was a special experience to be able to have everyone together and have our own little private oasis.
