Description

“Sea La Vie” is the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend. This two-bedroom, two bathroom 1st floor property is located in the Sand Pebbles Condominium Complex and has many wonderful amenities!

As you enter the property, the large kitchen area is the first area you approach, and it flows to the open concept living area. The kitchen has all of the necessities for a meal with the entire group. Updated flooring spans the condo throughout the living room and bedrooms. The living room creates a social place for everyone to gather together and has a slider that leads out to the balcony. The balcony has an ocean view and view of the community pool! It is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a creative beverage in the evening!

The first bedroom has a Queen bed and blue ocean theme, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with Twin over Full configuration. Both bathrooms in the property are full bathrooms with a shower/tub combo.

The Sand Pebbles oceanfront condominium complex is located within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake, and Tiki Bar on the pier. The complex boasts two in-ground pools and two private walkways to the beach with outdoor showers.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Occupancy 5: Any Turn Day. Minimum two night stay.
Bedding Recap: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin
Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. Parking spots are not reserved or guaranteed and are first come, first serve.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Golf Carts
Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the building and our provided by the HOA.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “C271 – Sea La Vie” as a vacation rental.

Great location at Sand Peebles. Steps away from the beach and far enough away from the boardwalk to not hear the noise, but close enough to walk to. Great beach and warm water. Two pools to pick from. Highly recommend.

Great Location, nice condo, beach views, pools and area were very clean. Uncle Vinny’s Pizza across the street was great, island market had coffee and go a little farther down to Kure Beach for their arcade.

Really love this place..have stayed 2 times now and it was great
