***On January 25, 2025 we became aware that an in ground pool will be installed in April 2025. The pool will be shared between the upper and lower unit and is expected to be available for the 2025 summer season. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, inspections, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on this pool installation or progress updates, please feel free to contact our office.***

With accommodations for up to 10 guests, this home is thoughtfully arranged to ensure a restful stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed and access to a private deck overlooking the quiet street. The second bedroom has a queen bed with convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom access. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with gorgeous ocean views, while the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin bunk set, ideal for kids or additional guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a Hulu streaming TV, so everyone can unwind with their favorite shows.

Step outside and embrace true beachside relaxation. Fire up the gas grill for a sunset barbecue or gather around the one-of-a-kind fire pit to share stories and toast marshmallows under the stars. Rent the Lower Unit as well, allowing for accommodations of up to 18 guests—ideal for large families or group getaways.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum 2-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 3 Queens, 1 Twin Bunk Bed.
Parking: Assigned parking for four vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the front door (doorbell camera).

Arrived early, property was not ready, which we expected. As soon as the property was ready we were contacted. Very professional and friendly staff. House is well stocked for kitchen basics. IMO it should be vacation rental county code that all properties have a large steamer pot on hand...LOL this one did not. The outside showers were not cleaned, and had not been cleaned for some time. Beach walkway needs attention from splintering. Beach walk shower water lines are split. The propane tank was empty upon check in, received The next day. I ordered a beach cart when making the reservation, Bryant failed to enter the order into the system and we did not receive it. Interior of the house was very clean and nice, furniture and beds were very comfortable. Overall a very good experience and I would consider renting this property again.

Mike, We appreciate your feedback on the property. We try to call guests as soon as the property has been cleaned and inspected to get you in as early as possible. We have submitted your feedback regarding the outside showers and beach walkway to our maintenance team to investigate further. We are glad we could get you a new propane tank out to you! We do apologize for the miscommunication of the beach wagon. You did order this when you returned your contract and somewhere between then and your check-in date, the information did not get relayed to our beach equipment vendor. We do apologize for this and did try to remedy the situation by offering to order the beach wagon for you day of. We hope you will visit again!

Bryant Real Estate was great keeping me updated with check in and out procedures and the app was very helpful with the surrounding area. The view was beautiful from the balcony and the place was nice and clean. It was a great location and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area. Thanks!
