Description

“Summer Salt South Unit” is a traditional side by side duplex located at the desirable southern end of Wrightsville Beach. Close to Crystal Pier and Oceanic Restaurant, this 4-bedroom 3 bath southern unit offers great ocean views and private beach access. Sunbathe on the shared rooftop deck where you can see miles of coastline or leisurely wander the winding beach path to the pristine ocean sands!

The ground floor entrance leads you to a small living den. This is a great space for children and teens as there is a bedroom with a bunk bed (twin/twin) and a free-standing twin bed that has pull out twin trundle bed. A full bathroom is also located on the entry level of the home across from the bunk room. Upstairs you enter the main living space. From the spacious open living and dining area with large sliding glass doors that brighten the space. The living and dining area are separate from the kitchen but connected through a serving window.

Down the hall the first bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The spacious primary suite offers a king size bed and private bathroom. There is also a twin bed in the primary bedroom which works wonderfully for families! The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed. A full bathroom located in the hallway serves the twin and queen guest rooms.

Sit back and relax on your ocean front deck while enjoying the gentle breeze! With ample parking, fantastic beach access, covered porches, sun decks, and soft breezes “Summer Salt South Unit” is a wonderful location for your next family getaway. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twin, 1 Bunk (Twin/Twin), 1 Twin Trundle.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 5 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Overall great. Issues with TV since remote didn't work at all...broken. took a while to get a new one. Took longer than usual to get into house but that was due to changing locks. Love location. Shower curtin in master bath had mold

Karen, thank you for your feedback! We apologize for the delay in getting you into the unit, but we're glad you took advantage of the close proximity to the beach. I do see where our maintenance department was dispatched out to the unit and were able to replace the remote. Our hospitality department has also been made aware about the shower curtain and will be sure they're all up to par for guests. We hope you enjoyed your stay overall and will visit us again soon for your next vacation!
