After dinner, kick back on the covered front porch with a cool beverage and let the salt air wash all your stresses away! The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed and features its own private bathroom with dual vanity, rainfall shower head, and walk in shower. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room on this living level for added convenience to guests.

Upstairs you will find a bonus living space as well as the three guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and offers a television. Another guest bedroom features a twin day bed that has a twin trundle neatly tucked below. This room caters to the junior members of your family but is versatile and will work for single adults as well. There is a full bathroom complete with a combination tub and shower which works perfectly for little one’s bath time! At the opposite end of the lofted living space, there is another queen guest bedroom which also offers a television for your viewing and streaming pleasure.

The outdoor enclosed shower comes in extremely handy for washing away that pesky sand from the beach and for rinsing off before enjoying a soak in the hot tub. Your private hot tub is covered and available for use in all seasons. There is a gas grill available along with a wood burning faire pit in the back yard.
