*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Stay Restrictions: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of 3-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Recap: 3 Kings, 2 Twin Bunk Beds, 1 Sofa Bed.
Parking: Parking for two vehicles - one garage, one in driveway. Parking on the grass or outside of the provided area may result in ticketing or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Parking on the Grass, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

The location of the condo was outstanding. The condo is very nice and Bryant Reality is outstanding to work with. We had a wonderful time. The only issue I had was the house was not very clean when we arrived. Nothing major but the floors were not swept, the counters were sticky. Bathrooms and bedrooms were fine.

Rental was sight unseen as the property I originally rented ended up with water damage from broken pipe. This
property had great views, was quiet and spacious. The 1st floor bedroom was odd, as I believe it was intended to be the wet room with bath off the pool area. The unit has a few mechanical issues, code pad door would not lock on day 2, internet and cable not working from arrival, sheet set missing fitted sheet and fire extinguisher on empty, but all was fixed by the end of day 2. Very prompt(considering Covid and Christmas)and professional company.

Fortunately, our Reservationist team was able to respond quickly once we learned of the water damage, and move you to a comparable unit within Kure Beach Villas before your visit. Even better, both these units are owned by the same couple who take great pride with their property so it made for a smooth transition. Even though you had a couple bumps with your visit, we were happy to resolve with the same great service we provide all of our guests. Come back and visit anytime!

For the most part it was good. Our unit did change from the one we originally booked due to a water damage issue, so not sure if the basement bedroom situation could have been better suited for us. I felt that the bathroom floors all needed a good washing. Not as clean as I would have liked. Heat was difficult to control. And lastly but quite 2 year old grandson picked up a blood pressure pill off the floor and it did not belong to anyone from our group. Luckily he did not ingest.
