Located on East Henderson Street in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, less than ½ block to the beach – the location simply cannot be beat!

“Williams Upper” unit is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom upper unit within a duplex that has a traditional floor plan and furnishings. The living room opens to the partially covered wraparound porch which is a great spot people watching, relaxing in the shade, or soaking up some sun! Enjoy grilling and eating meals with the family on the outdoor dining table after a long day in the sun. There is an outdoor shower for added convenience so you can rinse off that pesky sand after playing in the ocean. Johnnie Mercer’s Pier is just 2 blocks north and the local shops and restaurants are also within walking distance!

The living room opens to the porch and just down the hall you will find the separate dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The dining room has wall to wall windows that give this room tons of natural light, creating a very cozy dining space for the family to gather around and make wonderful memories!

The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom with walk in shower and offers convenient access to the outside stairs. There is a bunk room with queen bed that is perfect for children or teens but versatile enough for a couple to comfortably use. The two additional guest rooms are comfortably furnished with queen beds and share access to the hall bathroom.

For larger family gatherings, rent the W119 “Williams Lower” unit which is directly below for a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - contact Bryant directly for details.

This home is fine for one adult couple and small children, but multiple adult groups will find the lack of real doors on the bedrooms (slatted, not solid doors) rather troublesome. The kitchen is also very small. Otherwise the home is fine. It is very close to beach, but that area of the beach is very crowded due to proximity to the pier, so we walked a few hundred feet away to find more space.

The kitchen needs some attention: I could not get the toaster to work. The oven made noises. When did you move the stairs on beach side from front to the rear of the deck? The palm tree has grown since the picture.

This is still my favorite rental for Memorial Day. We are a small group but there are 4 bedrooms and decent living space. It's outdated compared to the luxury houses but the deck, grill and location is amazing. It was mostly clean, could just use a deep clean. We will be back for another Memorial Day stay.

We had an excellent experience with the Williams upper unit. The unit is much nicer than it looks in the pictures! The location is perfect, right next to the beach.
Check-in and check-our were super easy as the office is right around the corner from the unit.

A good place, but some of the details could be improved: noisy fridge, a card table to expand the dining seating, AC in the front bedroom was weak and ran almost full time elsewhere. Paint eventually.

My family of 10 that included 7 kids under 14 had an amazing time. The place was clean when we got there, the hot water is no joke, and we had plenty of space to spread out, plus a 2 minute walk from the beach!!

This is the first time I have rented this property for our family members. The unit is very convenient to the beach and a great and close location to our home at the beach. The unit was clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable, however there was a musty smell. Overall our family enjoyed staying there and enjoyed their time at the beach.

We enjoyed our Memorial Day Weekend stay. 4 adults, 3 kids. Plenty of space and privacy and just 4 houses away from beach access. Beds were very comfortable. All appliances worked. There were no beach chairs, kids toys, or outside shower area which would have helped keep sand in its place. Living room furniture old and worn. It is an older place and it is given its basically clean but could use a deep clean of baseboards and corners. New caulking in older bathroom is recommended. We did call regarding AC and management got right back to us. We will consider staying here again.

We have stayed on E Henderson Street for 30 plus years. We have stayed in the current unit the last 3 years. Very satisfied with the cleanliness. the only issue we had with the current unit was last year it was lacking cookware. That day a new set of pots and pans were delivered. We are returning next year.&

The Property was as described on the website. It was very roomy and we had plenty of space. The property offered amenities like TVs, WiFi, and a gas grill.The proximity of the property to the beach was also a huge selling point to our group. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great stay! The cottage is spacious and we loved the porch and location. The only drawback was the front bedroom. The temperature reached mid-90's a couple of days and the air conditioning had a hard time keeping the cottage cool, especially in the front bedroom. Otherwise, wonderful stay...we would stay again!

Hey Lynn - Thank you for the feedback. We had our maintenance tech go out to the property to check the AC's operation. He found the bedroom you mentioned has a single vent that that is working correctly. During your stay we did have some record temperatures! Though it reached the mid-90's, the heat index was over 100 for several days and HVAC systems are generally designed to achieve a 20 degree drop from that external temp to the internal temp. During these warm days, we recommend guest to keep blinds/curtains closed on sun facing sides of the building to improve the thermal efficiency and the room temperature. Overall we are glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to facilitating your next family vacation!

Overall, this had been a pleasant stay expect for the fact that this place could have been lot cleaner considering the fact we came with 4 kids aging 2-4 yrs. While we understand this property is decades old, still the cleanliness factor would give a better rating and review. I believe we left the unit in better and clean condition than it was handed over to us.

Also, the company professional was not ready to help us on the check out time. Though I called 1 day before as they asked me to, they were not ready to consider giving an additional 1 hour to check out. We being with 4 kids is not easy to check out at 10am.

Otherwise this place is a reasonable place with good location.
