Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
